Bought a diamond ring for my girl,didnt know my girl was not in to jewelry 5 mnths later decided to sale it. Long story short i payed 500 dlrs for it was a little ring but thought diamonds are forever. Boy how wrong i was . I cant eaven get 30$ for it. I was so mad. If you want to buy something never buy diamonds. Feel bad for people who spends 1000s its all a ripoff.

I walked in told them what kinda of Gold chain I wanted... but they only showed me what they had in stock... I asked if they could get it for me or even make it for me.. but they told me they didn't do custom orders.. ? I even asked if they could point me in the right direction to get my chain... but they also had no answer for that... so I went to south coast jewelers instead..

I had a unpleasant visit not to long ago and voiced my opinion on the experience. I didn’t think Don Roberto’s would reply but to my surprise they did and so did Bertha. She reached out and valued my customer relations, assured I can still exchange the item I wasn’t happy with. I’m very pleased that you guys value long time customers and I will continue to buy here, for my daughters and Wife. Thanks for hearing us (customers) out and responding in a professional manner.
