I had a very bad experience with Don Roberto, I took out a chain and gave 3,000 dollars and they never gave me a loan, they put my name wrong and apart even after paying everything and for a delay they charge me interest, if you have the opportunity to go to pawn shops go because there a chain of 5,000 gets them for 1,500 pure robbery with Don Roberto.

Please don’t buy from down Norberto. I had my wedding bands appraised today and appraiser and they weren’t worth anything. They have a bunch of flaws in the diamonds. He told me a diamond show only had one black dot mines had tons. He told me he has customers coming in bye-bye wedding, bands, and deans rings from Don Alberto’s And he tells them that the company sells bad quality diamonds. I only got $400 for my wedding set my husband paid more back in the 90s didn’t fit me no more so that’s why I sold them. I’m glad I didn’t have them fixed or adjusted at this company at all , give you fake flawless, fake diamonds. Be careful do not buy from here go to Costco or elsewhere. Please be careful all you guys think that this company is a nice diamonds, but give it three or four months your diamonds will start sparking. That’s what happened to mine. Be careful. Are you gentleman out there?
