Dropped off two small screens yesterday late morning & picked up the new replacement screens 24 hours later. Saved some $ in the process & have new screens almost immediately! Excellent service!!

Saul was awesome!!! He replaced our big living room screen and as well as a kitchen screen. He was very polite from the beginning to the end, punctual, and answered all the questions without rushing me. The price is very fair too. Most importantly, he was so knowledgeable and changed our huge screen within 10 min! We are so happy for their service!!! Thanks a lot Saul for coming to help us early morning and set up the beautiful screens:)

Scott and his employees far exceeded my expectations. I recommend DSW highly. I won't get into the details but suffice it to say that the customer service is top notch and a quite refreshing change from the majority of business interactions I have. The attention to detail in their screens and screen repair is without comparison. I could tell by looking at their screen doors and pet doors that the product quality is far beyond Home Depot. Great quality provided with great customer service and at a great value. I wish I could find these same qualities in a steak house, car wash, or a local, state, or national level politician.

Excellent people and service; they really work in the customer's interest . Initially called their sister service (Mobile Screen Service) regarding a warped broken window screen. They quoted me a price but said I'd save more if I brought the screen in to their shop. Did that and the screen was ready in 15 minutes for a cost much, much less than if I had them come out to my house. Highly recommend them to anyone needing screen repairs!

Excellent fast quick service they quoted me 30 minutes I was there for about 10 minutes they explained the different screen machines and what they were charging me and why they were charging me and they were very very professional and courtesy I will definitely be back for all of my screen needs I definitely highly recommend them Roberto was an excellent help and I really appreciate it everybody
