This showroom used to be the perfect place to order different lines, the service was great and the staff went out of their way to help expedite orders. I've been using this showroom since they were on Edinger, at least 40 years. BUT since the new management has taken over, and there is a new floor manager it has become a disaster. They have their favorite designers and if you are not one of them forget it. I have been in the design business for over 45 years and have never had a manager call me and yell at me for 20 minutes over the phone about how I am checking on my orders for my clients too much ( I guess I was stupid enough to stay on the line, but I was afraid if I hung up I would never get my order). I ordered the exact same chair from a different showroom a month later, and received it a month before the chair from DCA. How does this happen? Lack of follow up? If you don't care about getting furniture when your clients need it, order here. I suggest you use another showroom.

I love the Staff at DCA, especially their awesome Manager, Lori. She has gone out of her way toaccommodate me and my very discriminating client!l during COVID. They are practicing every safety precaution to ensure the well being of both staff and designers . The showroom is beautiful and clean !I would highly recommend any trade designer to Design Center Associates . They carry so many wonderful vendors and also sell off their floor .Thank you Lori !
