DeVaul Paint Company is the best paint store. I am so happy with their customer services. Jack , the owner and his crews like Mark, Bill, Francisco are so wonderful, helpful and super kind. I always buy paint there because they are the best in town. If you need paint, please go there, I highly recommend the store and you will be happy there plus their prices are best in town.

This is the ONLY place I go for paint. Skip the big box retailers and go here. No, they are not the cheapest price but you get exactly what you pay for. The paint sold here goes on like butter and my results has always been professional even though I'm an amateur. Even though this place is probably 90%+ aligned for the trades, I have never felt like less of a customer here. The staff has always been very customer orientated and answered all my "***** questions. One time I had a very complicated color match of a a stain lacquer combination and after a few days they came back with a solution that absolutely nailed the original. I was blown away how identical the solution was to the original and all for a single set of quarts sale. Another nice feature is they will save your formulas on file so in the event you lose the formula you just give them your address and they will pull up your records. Very nice service feature that's saved me a couple of times. I also like all their options for outdoor, lacquers, and tools. Go here first and you won't be disappointed.

Didn't think I would write a review about a paint store, but I've been a loyal customer for many years and this is the Best Benjamin Moore retailer in Orange County. First of all, the store is pleasant to be in and not a dirty old paint and hardware store. The prices are very reasonable for the brand. You'll probably be spending more or as much for a can of the lesser Sherwin Williams. The staff is really friendly and nice. I'm not a contractor but they treat me with respect and are happy to answer any questions and generally very friendly. Lastly though, they can color match to any color you want. That was a game changer for me. We had a Behr color in our home and selected two Sherwin Williams colors. I knew I hated the quality of paint just applying the paint swatch- runny, streaky and splattery. I brought in a color chip for all three colors and they were able to match it EXACTLY. EXACTLY. This meant I didn't have to sacrifice the quality of paint just because I liked a color from another brand. People might ask me why I like Benjamin Moore so much. Yes it's on the pricier side but the paint is absolutely dummy proof. Coverage is solid, coats the wall perfectly with little splatters. The finish is buttery and flawless. Color and durability holds up extremely well for years and years. If you are an amateur home painter (or not) you want to get a solid paint to make up for the amateur painting technique. Totally worth the investment for me.
