Joe and Carl at Cube Designs are the BEST! I have used Cube Designs for two of my office expansion projects and they are, hands down, the greatest cubicle company in the USA. They walk you through every step, show you product in their showroom, and give you the best price which includes installation. They were very quick and responsive meeting our deadlines with ease. I highly recommend Cube Designs for all of your office cubicle needs.

Came here to check out some office chairs and they were closed. The posted store hours on their door are weekdays 10am-6pm. It’s 11am and they are closed. Waste of a trip.

They may have a variety of products but when your customer service is horrible I rather go somewhere else. Was told very aggressively that they hands and mouths to feed and if I wasn't interested I can leave

Was in the market for a new home office chair last week and saw these guys. Staff was friendly, buying used HM Aeron was easy and fast and they even helped bring it to my car. I feel bad I forgot to get his name.

I came into Cube Designs with the Herman Miller Aeron in mind but was a little indecisive about whether or not I'd walk out with one. Well, after working with the superb consultants there who were not only vastly knowledgeable of the many Aeron offerings that this store carries but also patient and accommodating with me throughout the "shop-around" process, I ended up leaving Cube Designs as a new owner of a refurbished Aeron classic, one that was in excellent condition may I add.The chairs here are top-notch and are offered at a price-tag that you simply cannot find elsewhere. Furthermore, the consultants here are some of best in the business. My process was quick and efficient, and I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase in the end. I cannot recommend this store enough. They are THE flagship in SoCal when it comes to office furniture.

I'd like to give a very BIG AND FULL 5 star rating to Cube Designs! I am an office manager in San Pedro (quite a distance from Santa Ana) and I had to replace some very old, hard wood, lateral cabinets this week. Well, if you know anything about those, they are not cheap. So, I thought, it would be great to find used or repurposed cabinets!! AND I DID! Carl and Cube Designs sent me photos over the pieces and they were at an outstanding price! But wait, there's more! On the day of delivery, Carl realized that what he accidentally sold me was one, very long and combined lateral file cabinet. (Basically 2 cabinets end to end with one long top that connected them.) This is bad. Very bad. I needed 2!! YIKES!! Well, within less than 1 hour, Carl fixed the problem by having one of his tradesmen saw them in half!!! Do you think they looked bad??? NO WAY!! THEY WERE PERFECT! Cabinets delivered that afternoon and I could not be happier! If you are a starter company needing office furniture or an order company that needs to replace old office furniture, this is the place to go! THANK YOU CARL AND CUBE DESIGNS!

I've been wanting the Herman Miller Aeron, but hesitant to pay full retail and buy from online sight unseen. I called in to inquire about their second hand chairs and was given lots of helpful information. They had just received a lot to choose from so I came in the same day. They were patient in letting me ask lots of questions, try out and evaluate choices for my ideal pick. The chairs were all in great condition. I was told they have a specialist who checks every chair and gets it resale ready. There's also a 1 year warranty should I need any adjustments or repairs.I was not rushed or pressured, which was a pleasant shopping experience. I prefer to take my time when it comes to used or big purchases. I chose a perfectly comfortable chair and was very happy with the service and price I received. Why pay full retail when you can get a gently used or near perfect second hand office chair! :-)

We bought 2 Steelcase Leap chairs and they were in excellent condition. We had a one year warranty on the hydraulics which was very helpful when one chair needed repair. We brought the chair in and we were able to pick out a different chair that same day instead of waiting for the repair. This company stands behind what they sell and gives excellent customer service!

BEWARE, they advertise on Craigslist, when you arrive they delete their Craigslist ad and up the price. See the photos below. The chair was advertised for $500 and in the photo had the back support. When I arrived the back supports were removed, and the price was $550. I told the lady the ad was $500 and she said there is no ad for $500. See the photos below. When I called her lie and told her she tried to delete the ad and change it she said she does not want to do business with me. These people are the worst kind of liars. I drove all the way there in a pandemic and they pull this kind of monkey business. Stay away from these crooks.
