If I didn’t have to eat I wouldnt so I’m not a foodie but it’s really fun and good for your brain shopping the “grocery” (more like pantry) section here because they keep things interesting and unique. All our tastes are different but I will say there’s treasures throughout the food section in both the savory and sweet categories. I’ve noticed that many of the items—because they’re from foreign countries—have much cleaner ingredient lists.I’ve been a customer for about 20 years and always find something new to enjoy.
I love how it’s usually empty in the evenings and how they offer a lot of items in individual servings or for a smaller family. The staff is polite and friendly but more importantly they leave you alone which I prefer. If you’re looking for more standard, popular US items this isn’t the store for you.

I came here to buy some coffee beans from a Chicago based roaster, Dark Matter Coffee. I was initially going to buy it online, but I saw World Market had it in stock. I came in-store to do the purchase and it was a pleasant experience.
The employees were very kind and the interior was well kept. They have a variety of specialty brands in terms of food/snacks, so I'll be sure to be back. The store is focused on interior and decor but has a surprising amount of kitchen/food products.

Very good store. Clean and organized. You can find wide varieties of products from other counties. I always go to find something new to try. Highly recommend them.

Franny for president!! I want to start off by saying thank you to one of the managers over @ world market for going above and beyond for me and my pregnant girlfriend. Situation: We have been trying to buy couches from world market for a little under a month now. My gf received an email giving us 40%off and an additional 20%off that. The link we clicked on rerouted us to the web site, and on the Web site it wouldn't give us the discount. So we called customer service and had a terrible experience, in which they couldn't help us. We decided to walk into the store, and the President(aka Franny) helped us out and was welcoming and understanding right from the gate. She assured us that she was going to take care of our situation. Outcome: We ended up buying the couches at full price in which, I received a credit for the discounted price 2 days after. Before we left the store after buying the couches, Franny said "Don't worry just enjoy your couch and I'll take care of the rest. And that she did!! Again thank you Franny!! Just another confirmation that it's still better to buy at the store level. Thank you for being that 1%. #Frannyisthebest

I am a huge fan of world market and shop here often however I will never return to this particular store. Chris "the manager" hung up on me after asking to see if an item was in stock. When I called back to speak to a manger he proceeded to raise his voice and argue with me. I was completely taken off guard by the situation

Franny went to the warehouse twice to secure me fragile and boxed product, so that I could give the items for presents. She went beyond and the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. They have a ton of really cool Christmas items...but Franny was the star of my shopping experience. Thank you and Merry Christmas Franny
