Stater Brothers is smaller compared to other markets. They do have low prices without having to join a club. The employees are friendly and helpful. They also have a Schools First ATM

First time trusting stater bros with a pre ordered party tray and it was truly disappointing. They failed to include the swiss, provolone, cheddar, and lettuce although it is clearly in the description. The presentation of the food itself is not good but I could have overlooked that if I didn't get ripped off with multiple missing ingredients. Just plain bad.

I was in there today just to get water and the cashier checked out the person behind me first. I had to tell her twice I had a 24 pack of waters in the cart (they were too heavy for me to lift) since she was about to check out another customer behind me again.

This is my local Stater Bros. I hate going to the grocery store and so I go as little as possible. I love that there is a SchoolsFirst ATM at this store. I also always check the clearance mark downs near the restrooms at the back of the store.

Had a problem with a purchase. The person in charge didn't discuss it with me, just made a phone call and said "here's some money". No conversation at all about my problem or suggested solution. When I asked she simply said "No". Am I being petty? Maybe, but that's not how anybody wants to be treated.

In general, I'm a fan of Stater Bros. This is one is a little out of my way, but I used to live closer several years ago so still will pop in when I'm in the area. Parking can be tight as there's a strip mall attached, and by tight, I mean the spots are close together. With so much in and out, you have to be careful when backing out. I usually exit past the Del Taco onto a side street then you can turn left or right at the light to get on Tustin Ave if that's what you want. This particular Stater Bros looks like it may have been remodeled. I only say that because the signage is their updated logo, and it is clean inside. This is a medium sized store so they carry a lot, but you might not find Nitch items. Stater Bros prices have been on par with all the others, but I don't find their sales as enticing. However, if you're a bargain hunter, their brand name items are usually lower than the competition, at least for the items I'm looking for. Service is on par with other stores, which mean hit or miss if you get someone super friendly or not. This trip, the clerk was efficient, but not overly welcome. A going through the motions type guy. Not a deal breaker per say, but something to keep in mind.

I have been a long time customer of this particular location. I have seen a few reviews and am shocked by the comments! I have NEVER had a bad experience at this store. The quality and flavor of the meat is outstanding. Along with how incredibly fairly priced it is as well as all the other items in the store. The store is ALWAYS neat, clean and organized. ALL of the employees are amazingly helpful and kind. My mother has had the same experiences as well! They make my day!!

Glad to have a local Stater's Brothers market near us. Store is always clean and the staff is always helpful. Fresh produce and the meat counter is the best.

David at the meat counter is a reminder that old-school service is still alive and well, if you know where to find it.From a genuine greeting to offering expert knowledge on products, he shares an enthusiasm and eagerness to help the customer (something that has gotten much harder to find over the years).

Five BIG stars to Anthony at the service deli! He made me a fresh family sub. Other people came up to ask for product, he took their order told them it would be a little wait but he'd get it ready once he finished with my sub. All along the way, he was courteous and helpful to the people approaching and asking for help.Great job Staters ! This is why you are my favorite and America's Market because of employees like Anthony.

You wouldn't know that the workers here got such a great contact by their attitudes. Most of them act like they hate their customers, and hate their jobs. They offer as little help as they can get away with. Today, the deli guy had a shitty attitude until I asked him about the gloves he was wearing while slicing up some deli meat. He knew he was giving bad service until then. The cashier couldn't answer a simple question about their app. The courtesy clerk overstuffed my bags & didn't offer to trim the greens from beets that I bought. They should make their customers feel like we are bothering them.

I never really knew about this chain when I first moved to Southern California in 2014. I love my Sprouts. When moving to a different city in late 2021, this location happened to be right down the road. The store is a bit dated and the parking can be stressful, but that's about it for cons. They have a lot of great hidden gems at this store. Their meat department team is friendly and quick to help. The quality of the meat is impressive and when they have a sale, time to stock up! I appreciate that they are introducing more and more gluten free options. The produce section is small, but well stocked and offers a nice variety. It's nice being able to fill the basket and not break the bank (compared to Sprouts).

Deli and meat department is a wreck. Workers joke and aren't aware and don't help as customers line up. People just walk around and don't ask if anyone needs help or informs the customer they will be with them shortly. Also looses catering orders that are placed ahead of time. Had to get 144 pieces of chicken elsewhere because they didn't have it on file at all when I arrived even though it was placed a week in advance and I confirmed it would be ready on time the morning of.
