When I went The owner I think it was yelled at me for picking something up and when we tried to look at some pants she said not to Un fold them n that we should know our size ?ma'am that's not really how it works. Nice clothes yet rude people

This store needs better customer service! I went today to return 2 pant, mine you the return policy is 14 I was 3 days over because I was out of town. Will the young lady working there help me and was very nice about it I told her the true that I was 3 days over and she said let me ask my manger, so then the manager (Asian lady with short hair) came and told me very rude "I'm not the only person that does this and next time I should call because other people call saying that there out of town" TF this is not Fucken job or responsibility we have things to do too! And there fitting room aren't even open VERY very poor customer service! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! And to the young lady helping me ur manager is toxic get a better job girly you deserve better :))

They said they closed at eight but we got there at 7:45 and they shut the door on us saying they were closed. Clearly they should update their business hours because the paper outside clearly says they close at eight. You have a better chance of going to Ross next door and finding the same thing for cheaper.

I love coming here. I just never get lucky enough to find 1x shorts all they ever have is 3x.. that's the only down side for me as it is hard for me to find cute shorts.

I shop here all the time. Been coming here since they opened. I have never had an issue until today. I was out of town and could not come in to exchange some items I couldn't try on due to the fitting rooms being closed. I was passed the 14 day mark (which should be atleast 30 days but whatever). The manager was completely rude and said she didn't believe me but and that it was the first and last time she would do this. Not to mention it was only like 3 or 4 days past the 14 days. The owner of this store should really hire a new manager that has good customer service. She was a small Asian lady and she should probably retire already. Too bad I won't come back, this was my go to store in Santa Ana and I drive from Huntington Beach. Fashion Q is next door and with much nicer management!

So I have been going to this place for years but recently I had the worst experience so I'm the type to spend lots of money at a time I am guilty of spending n spending n this was one of my places kid u not even the girls at the front counter at some point recognize me but for some reason the one Asian lady the older one I notice every time I would go around looking she would b right next to me every time I turned around she was there looking over my shoulder at first I figure ooh she's probably just trying to keep up with the tables I totally get it I work for retail too n it's hard if u don't stay on top of it but that was the first couple of times but then she would come up to me n say what do you need what are u looking for don't touch I'll it for you n the whole time I was looking at the items she would stand there as if I was going to steal it or do something wrong to it so I would fold it n put it back if I was going to take it n immediately she would pull it out n refold the whole row I would move on n there she was again so I wouldn't say anything except one time I got a bit irritated by her n I mentioned it to one of the girls at the front counter n she said you are not the only one she is like that n makes people uncomfortable but the last time I was there I never expected what she did I looking at some pants with my daughter and her girlfriend n she straight out cut in front of us and made a remark to my daughter that there made me so upset n I told my daughter ignore her she does that to me all the time so she got loud and said to me get out get out u always here n mess everything up n I no ur kind ur so bad ur racist u need to leave read the sign I can refuse service to u u have ur children running around so I told her back first of all lady my kind look around ur on a Hispanic community if u don't like us then u should be the one to leave second don't raise ur voice at me I'm not ur child thank God or ur husband n u don't no me at all third I dont have any young children at all but I have notice every time I come u are around me stay away from me n stop give such terrible customer service sadly it's people like you that kill the business I continue to shop but honestly it's sad I just believe she should just stay home with all her bitterness n hate
