The music is way too loud. I couldn’t hear anything. I asked the manager about it and he said it was “marketing to draw people in and seem lively”- their target market is old people who can’t hear already. He was kind of obnoxious and rude. Interesting because we were potential customers. Maybe he should focus on being polite and ordering extra sizes in shoes so people can buy them. We went into Forever21 and it was actually not anywhere near as loud as Clark’s. They were busy too! Weird.

I went today 1/21/2024 at 11:30 am to Clark’s store at Main Mall in orange city address ( 2800 Main st space 248, Santa Ana, CA, 92795) with my 82 years old mother who was an old client to Clark’s and she only wear from them, she ordered multiple pairs to try, the younger sales agent served us very nice but the other sales agent who was middle age was very rude with me and he started to interfere between me and the young agent and told me that I confused them in a very rude way because I was trying to exchange for something not available in store and wanted them to order it online for us from the store, I was trying to help my mom who was very old and she asked for multiple pairs to try . Finally I told them the I will return and buy it online myself.I was having another pair that I bought one month ago and wear it once but it was not comfortable so I decided to return or exchange, the rude sales man straight away tell me this is worn why you lying, I told him first of all I didn’t know the policy and second you didn’t asked me if I wear it or not ? why you accused me that I am lying??? I told him we are Clark’s clients many years ago and we were wearing their shoes on the same day and trying to buy another ones, he said so what I have a lot of clients in a way like he don’t care if we annoyed and stopped buying from Clark’s again.I am really disappointed with this sales agent ( middle age with tattoos on his hand)By the way there was no clients at all in the store except me and my mom so he feels so stressed and be that rude with clients.

Sergio and staff were extremely helpful. I will not hesitate to think of them next time I need shoes.

I just visited this place and the sales associates ( Black and Mexican)don't even bother to greet me. I'm an Asian and they greet to other customers walked in.The products are good, but the customer service is third class.

This is convenient place to shop Clarks shoes. You can try it you want before you buy, but the stock is limited. You can also order it here to your place or for pickup.The staffs are very kind and friendly.Recommend this place for Clarks lover.

Had been looking all over for the right pair of dress comfortable shoes. Dont like when they are to pointy or thin in the heel. Luckily went in to Clarks found the right pair of shoes that wouldn't hurt my feet. They're so cushioned and flexible.

Great Customer Service! I want to mention Aselin who helped me with exchanging a footwear which I bought it from an outlet. Rather sending me back to the outlet, she had it exchanged right there without any issues. She went beyond to assist me. its just not the brand but also such a customer service makes brand look good. Keep it up!!

Ordered shoes online. Shoes took 1 month to get to me. The box was smashed and the shoes were damaged, looked as of they had gotten wet the suede was looking bad. Also had a rip in suede at top of shoe. Returned to store in Santa Ana 50 miles away, and it took 5 days for the $205 I spent to be credited back to me. When I called the corporate office about the damage they offered me a discount that lasts 30 days. LOL it took me longer than that to get the damaged shoes. The other Clarks shoes I purchased were great, this was totally unexpected. Dont know if I will ever by a pair again if after all that all they can due is offer a discount that lasts for 30 days it took months just for my size shoe to be available in that style for purchase. They were not available in stores.

Boyfriend got some shoes for xmas that did not work out. We called ahead to see if we could exchange them in store rather than a mail return. Wayne was super helpful and kind on the phone and in store. Both other salespeople in the store were also great. The sale they had going on was amazing (half off almost everything). Thank you for all your help!
