It’s not a very welcoming branch. Some of the staff are passive aggressive for no reason and very fake like the teller that assist me. There’s only one lady who’s nice who’s probably the manager.

I opened this bank to get away from BMO which took over Bank of the West. I did a mobile deposit last night and now my account is in a fraud investigation .. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. I AM SO SICK OF BANKS. NOW YOU ARE CAUSING ME GRIEF AND I HAVE TO TAKE TIME OFF FROM MY WORK DAY TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM. YOU SUCK

Very helpful Robert was able to reinstate my account They were holding my deposits and this guy went beyond and found out the problem Got it resolved made 3 calls to get it back in place Very satisfied with he's work Always a pleasure to come visit this brand and deal with this type of customer experience

Thank you Robert & the team of Tellers working at this Citibank location!! My 17 yr old son has just recently started his very 1st job & reciev'd his very 1st paycheck. We had such extreme difficulties cashing it at Wells Fargo circle of Orange, BofA Anaheim & even the bank it was drawn on US Bank City of Orange. Citibank was the only bank to consider our need to cash my son's paycheck & helped us do so. Robert gave us our options for the future so that we would not have to struggle thru the process again & got us on our way so easily & so quickly. Thanks again Citibank, keep up the good work! I walked into Citibank hoping for a miracle after being informed it would take 30-60 days to close my account. The problem was, I had some money in my account. Not some, but my livelihood was sitting in their bank. I prayed for a miracle and this kind young man with a beautiful smile named Robert Castillo saved me by calling the Department to unblock the account and for him to issue me a Cashiers check. Asked for information about credit cards got a simple brochure and i bank here they offerd me a card with 1 percent cashback yeah im like no amex offered something better it would been easier with citi its my primary bank

Horrible and discriminatory experience here from the older lady, Coco, the head teller. I made a complaint and was told by the response team “...your allegation of discrimination, we found no merit.” They couldn’t stop at we’ve reviewed your complaint. They felt it was their duty to add insult to injury and tell me I did not experience what I did. I realized this is to try and save themselves from legal trouble, but that just added extra and unnecessary offense to an already horrible situation.

So, I have had a business in the same building for a number of years... thought I would open an account with Citibank so that i could get things notarized easily. When I sat down with the only guy in the branch that was a notary..... he let me know that I would need to make an appointment as he was the only one.... I said... so you don't want my money... and he said he just wanted me to know that it might not be that convenient.... wow!... I might have moved my account and done all my business through Citibank.... which is a pretty nice account :) I just can't do business somewhere that I'm not wanted.

WORST Citibank location I have ever been to in the US. Staff are rude and clueless of the basic banking information to provide to their customers. Not sure who is the manager but the staff here need to be trained again on how to help customer and provide customer service. They would literally ignore and throw customers out and give you false information and won't help you. Then they go into the back telling each other and come out tell you they are all busy and cannot help you. What??! They need to remember the reason they have their jobs is because of us, Citibank customers. So rude and Ridiculous!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Oh especially, stay away from this banker:

Hands down, worst bank! Horrible hours, horrible customer service at this branch. Horrible experience all around, will not recommend to anyone looking for a bank.
