Very helpful Robert was able to reinstate my account They were holding my deposits and this guy went beyond and found out the problem Got it resolved made 3 calls to get it back in place Very satisfied with he's work Always a pleasure to come visit this brand and deal with this type of customer experience

Thank you Robert & the team of Tellers working at this Citibank location!! My 17 yr old son has just recently started his very 1st job & reciev'd his very 1st paycheck. We had such extreme difficulties cashing it at Wells Fargo circle of Orange, BofA Anaheim & even the bank it was drawn on US Bank City of Orange. Citibank was the only bank to consider our need to cash my son's paycheck & helped us do so. Robert gave us our options for the future so that we would not have to struggle thru the process again & got us on our way so easily & so quickly. Thanks again Citibank, keep up the good work!AmandaNewport Beach

So, I have had a business in the same building for a number of years... thought I would open an account with Citibank so that i could get things notarized easily. When I sat down with the only guy in the branch that was a notary..... he let me know that I would need to make an appointment as he was the only one.... I said... so you don't want my money... and he said he just wanted me to know that it might not be that convenient.... wow!... I might have moved my account and done all my business through Citibank.... which is a pretty nice account :) I just can't do business somewhere that I'm not wanted.

WORST Citibank location I have ever been to in the US. Staff are rude and clueless of the basic banking information to provide to their customers. Not sure who is the manager but the staff here need to be trained again on how to help customer and provide customer service. They would literally ignore and throw customers out and give you false information and won't help you. Then they go into the back telling each other and come out tell you they are all busy and cannot help you. What??! They need to remember the reason they have their jobs is because of us, Citibank customers. So rude and Ridiculous!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Oh especially, stay away from this banker:

This location is really nice. All the employees are really friendly and helpful. A manager helped me with a special issue regarding my debit card and I was in and out before my lunch break was over. Really nice people and great customer service.

This branch does not cash check issued by their bank if you do not have an account with them. You have to go to the 17th street branch in Tustin.

I swear I can't get any good luck with this place. I deposited my tax refund check and didn't endorse it so it returned . I go to the bank because you would think it would be easy to just endorse it there but not I had the teller throw it in my face that exceptions are made but not me so I asked why I can't endorse it here instead of having it mailed get it faxed to the branch so I can sign and problem solved. Just a one word response "no" she didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything such a horrible experience because it's a government issued check seriously it's not a personal check and now I have to wait another 5-7 business days .

I honestly do not know why other reviews are horrendous, but I have been banking with Citibank since 2014. Diana Elam (Lewis) helped set up my account, and recently helped me change account packages since Citibank is throwing out the college student account package. Diana also helped me set up a bill payment, so I could get the monthly fee waived for the basic banking package. I thought I had to switch banks because I could not afford the Citibank account package (which I was automatically transferred to due to the college student package), but with Diana's help and clarification, I was able to enroll in the Citibank basic banking package. I never had any trouble talking to the tellers in the booths nor the bankers at their desks. I am fortunate to be a customer of Citibank, and I intend on creating a retirement plan with them very soon!

I walked into this branch today I had to deposit two of my checks. As I go to the teller she already has a stinky attitude everything I asked she responded with an attitude and she was very rude. She then took me with her manager WENDY BÁRCENAS who by the way really bad attitude very negative and very arrogant I don't understand how citi bank is letting her run this bank she is is literally so unwelcoming very confrontational I don't feel comfortable with this branch I had to call my branch Anaheim and spoke with Naomi and Edgar honestly the best people ever located in Anaheim by the way I would highly recommend that branch this bank in Santa Ana did not meet my expectations by the way she was writing stuff in a notebook while she had my account pulled up and i don't feel secure or safe what so ever with Wendy she made me feel so uncomfortable she has a really bad attitude I will look further into this and make sure the appropriate people are contacted regarding this manner and how I was treated by this branch they don't respect the customers at all......... STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH MY SUGGESTION

CONSTANTLY THE WORST SERVICE ea time I come into this Branch; I'm Trustee for my 86 year old Mother so my name is on all the bank and property accounts and has been since my father passed in 2011. Every time I come into this bank without my mother, I have a hassle to withdraw or get a cashiers check pulling out some of her investment income that builds up. Today, Saturday 8/25/18 AGAIN A HASSLE on the account that we had to go to customer service; there is one person ahead of us...fine..BUT they say it's an hour to an hour 20 before they'll get to us. AN HOUR; in this day and age that is not service. That is just NOT ACCEPTABLE whether it's for an 86-year-old elderly person or a 20yr. old account holder. The manager's response is "it's Saturday and we only have one person here...Boil boy I like to see what the wait is if three people. Meanwhile they have foretellers foretellers in the bank is a graveyard. We been here for 35 minutes and there was only two customers that came in to the teller line so I think things are lopsided. Also their response was kind of snotty VS and pathetic that oh my gosh can we call you or is it possible to come into the branch during the week or anything else other than just what you expect this is a Saturday... that manager should be retrained or demoted. Again see why people post yelp reviews because they get so frustrated and it burns our time that we are just compelled to let others know how to hopefully avoid this.

Absolutely terrible. I was first person through the door , was not greeted stood in front of the wealth management desk for 25 mins before I had to get up and ask the bank manager who was right there the whole time watching if I could get some help. 5 different associates walking around couldn't ask me for help. This is my first negative review ever written.

Don't use this location customer service is horrible! My paychecks are written on citi so I come to cash, well I was in the area and when I got to the window she said "I need to verify the checks please have a seat in the lobby" so I was dumbfounded cause this has never happened. So I do as I am told, then she continues to help the others in line and about 6 people later she calls for me and she hasn't even verified anything! She is feverishly typing asking for my info. It's ridiculous and to think I was going to open an account! Ms. N. Hernandez should learn some customer service! Never again will I go to this branch! I will drive to the other one in a heart beat.

I had my doubts about the reviews and thought well it's just a bank how bad can it be? Well I found out on Friday. I walked in and there was one person in line in front of me. There were about 4 tellers and the branch manager I believe. There were 3 tellers helping one guy, and the branch manager was just there chatting with him as well. I believe they were training someone, but I doubt it took 2 people to do that. There was a woman waiting at the counter under the "safe deposit box" sign. Having a counter there with a sign above it would lead one to believe that you should wait at that counter, right? Wrong! She just stood there, not being acknowledged until one teller said "I'll be right with you." When the branch manager was done chatting with the guy being helped, who he obviously knew, he just went back to his office and called someone on the phone and was chatting with them. He could have helped the woman waiting to get into her safe deposit box, but he's the manager why should he have to help a customer? So this poor woman says to the teller after her customer leaves, "Should I wait here, or?" And the teller says in a snotty voice "Yes, I said I'll be right there. We can't leave our customers." Really!? Was it necessary to say that? Is she not also a customer? And then to tell her next time she should wait in the line, as if the woman is an idiot. I would have done the same thing considering there's a special counter with a sign above it. How would she have known? The ONLY reason I even bother with this branch is because they closed the one near me at South Coast, where EVERYONE was helpful and friendly...not rude and lazy. The teller who helped me wasn't any better. When I was done making my deposit (which wasn't a small deposit either), she just answered the question I asked and handed me my receipt and ID. No thank you, no have a nice day, no kiss my a**. Nothing. Honestly I'd rather drive to the Main Place branch, which is out of my way, than to go here again.
