No Chevron pay (app). Put in my credit card and it failed a couple times and told me to see the cashier. Cashier asked "how much money" I wanted on the pump like it was 2004. You know - you either don't get enough gas or you have to walk in & get change and they hand you all these coins. No Powerball tickets. Luckily I don't wait until I actually need gas to fill up so I took my 2/3 tank and left without buying anything. I only buy Chevron, but I won't visit this location again. The ghetto of Santa Ana is exactly where they belong.

The lady that works nights locks the door while she's inside and makes you wait until she's done working on her bills, then she takes her time unlocking the door. A couple nights ago, she made this girl wait until she was done ringing me up before she would let her leave. When the girl tried to unlock the door to leave, she yelled at her! She said she had to wait there until she was done with me. I told her it was illegal for her to trap customers inside. She said she needs to keep the door locked and made the poor thing wait to leave. absolutely insane!

Air machine does not work, when reported to employee she said it was my car (I drive a 2022 model). I mentioned I didn't want the $2 I had waisted, but she should put a sign and report. She claimed she needed more people to report, so more people need to lose their money for them to "look in to it". I have been using this gas station for years but today was my last time. It's not the $2, it's the principle behind their business.

I have gone been debating whether or not to leave this review because I know times are hard for business right now that don't have delivery service due to the current health concerns, but my last experience at this particular establishment leaves such a bad taste in my mouth, I feel I have a social obligation to share this. I went in to the Extra Mile a couple nights ago in a fantastic mood. I had a great day and wanted to end it with a Candy shelf restock. ( I have a terrible sweet . lol) I also had two coupons for American Spirits that I wanted to use. I went there the aisles and picked out my candy, which in all totaled about $60, and proceeded to the register. I informed the cashier that I also wanted Two packs of cigarettes. Then I remembered my coupons and told her I wanted to use them. She informed me that I could only use one per transaction. (Understandable) So I asked if I could do one with the candy and do the second pack as a second transaction so I could use both my coupons. She gave me a weird look and explained she was just going to take the cigarettes off and do them both as separate transactions. By this time, another customer got in line behind me and started getting impatient with the time this was taking. Before I explain the next part, which is the reason for this review, I want to disclose I am in no way shape or form racist and do not condone hate speech or discrimination. Having said that.... out of the four people in the store at that moment in time. There was myself, an African American mixed male, the cashier, a middle aged Latina, what I assume was a shift manager behind the counter, a middle aged Latina, and the gentleman behind me, a middle aged Latino. While the cashier was trying to figure out how to handle my coupons, the gentleman behind stepped passed me and said something in Spanish, which I did not understand because I do not speak or understand the language unfortunately, to the shift manager. She then turned and grabbed a pack of cigarettes and handed them to the cashier and said something to her in Spanish while pointing to the gentleman and then turned and went back to what she was doing. The cashier then proceeded to drop everything she was doing to help me finish my transaction, which in my opinion would have probably taken another 2-3 minutes, and waved me to step aside while she rang the gentleman behind me up. I was so thrown by the action I told her to forget about the cigarettes I was going to purchase and had half a mind to ask her to return everything else I had just purchased. I collected my things and left the store and went down the street to a 7-eleven, which I knew appreciated my business because I frequent there often, and purchased my cigarettes there. First, even if we look past the fact that everything was said in Spanish so I wouldn't understand, or the fact that everyone in this situation aside from myself was of Latin descent. The fact that 1. This man thought his time and existence was more important than mine is disgusting, because no one human life is more important than anyone else, or 2. That the shift manager agreed with him and made the conscious decision to opt to make the cashier stop what she was doing to help me to cater to this arrogant assholes false entitlement, or 3. The fact the situation even happened in 2021, disgusts me and guarantees 2 things. 1. I will never set foot in another Chevron, Extra Mile, or any affiliate. If racism is ok with this company, then it is not a company I want anything to do with. 2. I will make sure and share my experience with as many people as I possibly can to spread awareness of the blatant racism happening here. I moved to California from there south thinking it was going to be more forward thinking and accepting. California-the land of opportunity. That's what we always here on the TV. Especially having grown up in the midwest, where racism isn't really in your face, but is definitely still there none the less. We always thought of California as a place that welcomed and accepted all, but in

Very convenient location. Gas is not the cheapest. Customer service is good. They have soft drinks and snacks and a little bit of car supplies like oil. Its very convenient because its open 24 hrs. They accept google pay. I recommend this gast station for a quick stop

Price wise, this is one of the cheapest Chevron locations, it's easy to get into and out of, BUT there are transients here that are the harassing/yelling kind. Last night I stopped by and a lady was screaming bloody murder, literally. She had blood on her face and was screaming (as if someone killed her dog) that she needs soap and that she swears to God she's going to murder people and that someone stole her heroin and she wants to kill herself. She stood in front of the door to the cashier and was consistently yelling about her life. Would not go here unless you want to risk it for the cheaper price. I risk it because it's also across from Target and it's convenient, but if you have kids, don't go here.

Too many homeless people around. They keep coming up to me asking for money. I prefer to get my gas in peace. I won't be using this station again.

5 Stars because they carry E-85. Unfortunately it is only one pump. Easy entrance and exit out of the gas station.
