Filthy bank with literally 1 atm outside with 10 people waiting to use one atm. All this money and they have the most garbage setup. Shame on them

Had a great experience at this Chase location with Consumer Banking Representative Amrita. She was able to help me change my last name at 430pm after being turned away at the Costa Mesa branch. It was a very fast and smooth experience, took only about 15 minutes. I had previously gone to the Costa Mesa location TWICE without success.

Wanted to open a savings account. takes about 5 minutes but was told to wait an hour for the possibility of opening one if a banker becomes available.

Went there to set up a trust , For my mom and I had to go back several times because of their mistakes and now they've made mistakes on the checks and spelling of our names. Calling the check company who made the check checks. They misspelled both names I would not recommend this company to do anything for you

Be ware!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. The "notary" Carolyn was rude and said we need paperwork even though I was told all I need is my id. Then she says that chase doesn't do multiple notary services and that they are excellent and have great service since it's free. Also, this was only a small unprofessional behavior, I made an appointment and she was 15 minutes late. The late wasn't a big deal for me, but telling us that chase is providing a free service and we should be grateful and not even providing the service then, is inappropriate. We called different places and found out, that notary services aren't even expensive. Some only charge $10-$15. I will be closing my accounts with Chase because of their disgusting behavior. Chase had been frauding people. I've had chase when it was still wanting portal. Over 15 years. They are against the regular people and are for the rich!

I have three accounts at this bank. They have horrible service. They have no staff lines out the door. This bank turns away new business because they have no bankers to help you. Something is wrong at chase. They simply do not care. I called customer service and they send me ti a supervisor who was not available and the call was cut off. Something is very off when a bank turns new business with a big check deposit away. It takes very little time to open a new account. They can't service their old customers properly let alone service new business.

Really bad costumer service the manager from this location is really unaccesable her attitude is really bad I have account with this bank for a long time and they just treated me really bad. I'm Not recommended chase I will change.

Rude and arrogant employees. Would not help to the best of their ability, I felt very discriminated against. Extremely unprofessional environment. I went in twice & both times each and every person seemed to be unhappy, uneducated, and lazy.

The drive thru never works. I always just come to get cash which is a basic service & it never works. Learn from me and just park if you want to do cash out
