DISAPPOINTING!!!Traveling and needed urgent help with a set up of an account and setting up bill pay. This is the only chase around UNFORTUNATELY.Not only do they have someone checking people in but yet has NO idea about anything chase nor the app. So doesn’t answer any questions.WHY is she even there for ???To get a rep we had to wait over 30 min and STILL did not get anything resolved.Will never come to this branch again.

Atms don't work and security would not let us go inside because he said they close at 8 even though it was 7:55pm would have only taken 3 mins to do my transaction. Fix your machines!!!!

Every time I have walked in to make a credit card payment no matter the time, I have never waited in line longer than 2 minutes. They're very friendly and fast at taking care of payments and anything needed for that interaction.

I went to the bank today to make a deposit, when I was about to get out of my car there was a person in the parking lot, he looked like a homeless man, he was very violent, he looked at us and made threatening signs, he approached the car and kept threatening , I started the car and went to park somewhere else, far from that person, I went inside the bank and told the security what happened, he told me that he was going to see that person, but don't think it was immediately, it was inside first and then went to talk to the individual, he finished speaking and that person walked outside, but as soon as the security entered the bank he returned, what a disappointment that you can't feel safe when you go to your bank, they shouldn't let you Anyone who doesn't have to be in the bank's parking lot should take customer safety more seriously.

They do nothing but make things difficult for you. They asked me for some documents to open an account. I brought the documents in about 20 minutes. Se said she couldn't help me right now, even though there were no other customers inside but me. I understood why there were no customers inside.

When the moment comes down to convert or replace tellers / personal bankers to robots or outsource overseas. I'll be in favor. They don't want to help or go over and beyond in service. Rather, drive customers to go online or call a provided phone number. Which is very inequitable and falls under the assumption that everyone has access to internet and a mobile phone. The interaction with banking professional and client has major opportunities for improvement. When I'm asking questions RE my account. The banking professional is using industry language and jargon, it's not fair or aiming to cultivate ease of understanding. Imagine if doctors only spoke at a level of 22+ years of education to the public, while the national reading literacy is a 5th grader. CHASE....simply do better! Especially when I have 3 accounts and 2 lines of credit and been a customer for over 20+ years.
