Shoshana provides wonderful facials! She is friendly, professional, and very skilled at what she does. I felt very relaxed and confident given her many years of experience, and my mother-in-law received facials from her throughout her lifetime. Shoshana makes you feel comfortable, and takes her time to give you the best service requested. I highly recommend her!

I went in to schedule an appointment, and waited at the front desk for about five minutes; a few of the stylists inside saw me but ignored me. There was no bell on the desk, and I didn't want to wander around inside scaring people. After about ten minutes I left.....never to return again.

Dania gives me a superb haircut, color and highlights. Before I started with her about five years ago, I was going to two different people for the color and highlights, another person for the cut. Dania does both perfectly. I'm so glad I found her!

I come to Annette Esqueda all the time for my hair maintenance needs such as a simple trim and perhaps a new style every 8-12 weeks since I like my long and healthy hair to be kept beautifully. She attentively listens to my needs and delivers what I desire while also recommending other great tips to ensure I'm 100% satisfied. She is super accommodating, friendly, professional, gentle, and just over the top always!!!

RACIST ! I got a botched haircut and when asked for a refund the 17th of APRIL it wasn't till countless of calls and messages from me trying to contact Jermey did he just say I was refusing a refund when it was never mentioned on MAY 4th. Jermey also said A RACIST COMMENT ABOUT HIS ASIAN CUSTOMER freely and found it funny to him. He needs to be held accountable and the establishment should do better as well.
