I placed an order for 740 USD through this company's website and I did not receive any response after several hours of making the payment. The order was canceled but they did not return the money. I think this company is a scam.

Sick bars, good customer service. Went out of their way to call me about my order and let me know they were adjusting my shipping costs. Ordered on a Sunday and out the door on Monday

They sent me handlebars that are scratched. And insist that the damage is the shipping companies fault. Very dishonorable company. I guess all the other bad reviews were true. Good luck doing business with this trash. I paid full price for scratched handlebars. And told me to file a claim with the shipper who is clearly not at fault.

I ordered a set up bars last December. My mechanic, who is a certified master mechanic, attempted to install the bars but could not do so as they were defective. We provided the photos below as well as a video. The response I got back was "The throttle side is shorter because the module would stick out and be the same length". However, they where uneven and would not even lay flat on a flat service. Carlini did refund my initial purchase price but I am still out over $200 for the initial shipping and return of their defective product. No one has ever contacted me in person throughout my ordeal to explain or discuss. Their only mode of communication is through email, which is lacking. JKampf

I contacted Carlini via email with a few questions regarding 20” bars. They were very quick on the response with some options to consider although they were out of stock on the bars. I was told they should be getting more within the month. I received an email stating they had a few arrive and called me to offer first dibs on what I wanted. I chose to go with a blemished set of bars and as mentioned over the phone, most people cannot even tell what’s blemished. This is true to the word! I cannot notice any blemishes! Packaging was solid and well secured! This is my second set of Carlini bars and they stand above the rest by far! I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman I spoke to over the phone! He was very helpful and a great guy to talk to. Thank you so much for everything!!! 5 stars all day long!!!

Had a problem with products that I purchased from Carlini handlebars and risers which were very expensive, they started peeling. When contacted this company with pictures they were very quick to say they are understaffed only 2 people , then they refused to do anything about it . Then became rude and arrogant, and told me to take my business elsewhere after they got my money. I should research this company a little better. They have a lot of bad reviews. They deserve zero stars. Much better off going to a company like factory 47. This company is a bunch of thieves and it’s only about two or three employees because they have such a small amount of business so please do yourself a favor and don’t purchase anything from here better off going elsewhere.
