Ordered a hat and it says was delivered but I never received the item. Asked them if they could use a different carrier to ensure I get the item this time and unfortunately they only use USPS.

This is the worst cap city. DO NOT COME HERE. Tried exchanging within the time frame and they said I could only exchange sizes and not styles? It says that NO WHERE on the receipt. Workers here are also terrible and said they only allow one time exchanges and took my receipt and never gave me another which im pretty sure is illegal to do. Business gives extremely scammy vibes.

Stopped by while on vacation due to the fact that the bay area doesn't have exclusive hat stores with variety of options. I came in not expecting much but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to secure two hats from one of their limited drops. I would definitely recommend any hat collectors to stop by. See you next year LA .

Bad service and very slow at attending. I was in there trying to buy a gift card for Christmas for my brother and the cashier took his time to attend while there was no one in the store. When he finally got to me I asked him if they sell gift cards and he told me they "don't" and that was a waste of time being there for poor service.

Just like all the other one star reviews. Shady business who will find any way not to exchange any items purchased. Example my wife and kids bought me two hats for Father’s Day. Same size from all my other hats but for the whatever reason the hats were beyond small and looked boot leg. So I bring them back within their exchange policy time frame. 20 year old manager holds both hats and tells me they can’t since they are worn. I explain to him that they don’t fit so it’s physically impossible they are worn. He then tells me one now appears bent. I tell him that’s bull so he says he will call the owner on the phone. He proceeds to go into the back room, out of sight for 1 min, comes back and is like he said “no.” But then I check reviews and everyone has the same experience. So don’t waste your money at this place.

I should have read the reviews now I know. I ordered a angels hat from the Santa Ana store online . I ordered seven and five eights and the hat says on the tag 7 and 5/8 The hat was defective. I couldn't get it on. It was more like size 7 I called the store. They sent me a return shipping label. I requested a refund if the hat is unavailable sold out . Then, about a week later, I received an email that they've been trying to get a hold of me which is not true and the hat has a hair on the edge so that means you don't pass the inspection and no refund we're sending the hat back to sender. How else was I supposed to find out it is several sizes smaller without trying it on? You cap city guys are liars !! Cap city is only interested in profits you know good and well that somebody screwed up in making that hat size too small so you would rather have the customer take the loss. It's dirty business.! I get it you've got so many customers that you can afford to cheat customers whenever you want .

Terrible service from the employees! Given the experience I had, sounds like a bunch of robots work there! They argued with me about a exchange I was trying to make, claiming the item had an awful odor to it. Hmmm well I bought the hat there and never wore it. Had to get my girlfriend to exchange it because the curly haired fat kid was acting like he was manager of the day, and denied my exchange. Shouldn't have high schoolers handling your return and exchange policy if they don't know what to say or to handle the situation! Don't waste your time coming here!

Shout out to the 2 employees that were there Saturday am 10/15/22 at Main place mall. The gentleman that's like 6ft and the young lady with the long black hair . These two are there mostly every Saturday. And they honestly have the best customer service . Always so helpful and informative. Appreciate y'all ! Best caps in the county !

Very disappointed in this store. I ordered two hats for my brother for his birthday and was told they weren't going to ship them unless I sent a picture of my ID. First of all, that sounds sketchy af and sounds like a scam. Why would I send a picture of my ID or license with my personal information on it to a random a** email you sent me? Secondly, why would my ID match the address of my brothers home? Why have an online business if you're not even going to ship the damn products that the customer paid for. Stupid af and the employee on the phone was rude and disrespectful. Don't work in this business if you don't have good customer service skills or know how to operate a business.

The staff is friendly without hovering or asking if you need help every 2 minutes. I'd say this store is just like Lids, but with a better selection. There are quite a few dope team bucket hats, which I haven't seen at Lids. You'll definitely find something you love here.
