It was a frustrating morning for me when the home insurance I used notified that they are moving out of California..then I remembered that a friend had mentioned that I should call Daniel Ruvicava for home insurance, I called and he had me all set up with what I needed, He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and very thorough.. I definitely would refer him to anyone that asked.

I use CIS for my business and personal insurance and they never disappoint. Between Taylor Russell on the commercial side, and Marissa Kovar on the personal side, these gals really step up to the plate and knock it out of the park every time I call. Excellent service!

I have had VERY positive experiences. Kamber went to bat for us with Mercury when we couldn’t get them to call us back and got us called within an hour. Brenda, Raven and every other person I’ve talked to has been friendly, patient and helpful. We’ve received GREAT customer service!

Avoid California Insurance Specialists if you can. Mercury assigned me to this agency and I went through the worst customer service ever. They increased the premium arbitrarily, their underwriter made a mistake on square footage, which is more than 100 sqft than the government record, I requested them and Mercury to correct it, Mercury said the agency could help, when I contacted the agency, they said they could not and at the end of conversation, bluntly said "I don't know how to assist you"--I was like "correct the mistake you made", isn't that simple and easy? The person I talked to today I think her name was Brittany, so unhelpful and unprofessional. I will switch to another insurance agency when the term comes up. Also going to report this dishonest business to FTC and BBB. The phone call was made 3:39pm on 5/25 and it should been taped. The business really should pull it up and review its own customer service.

I have been with Mercury for more years than I can remember. Over those years my policies have moved to different agencies because of being sold to other brokers etc. That's the neature of the business. I never call my broker. When I do it is to change vehicles and maybe review my coverage. I'd say I call about every 3 years (if that). I notice that trying to do business with this agency is like you are bothering them. No attention to the request, no care in their assistance...its the bare minimum. I'm writing this to warn others and also to alert the inept staff at this business. Wake up.....please...
