Peter is awesome and explains what’s actually going on with the car in very simple and easy to understand terms. The prices were very fair too and we had a quick turnaround with our car. I highly recommend this shop to everyone! You get dealer’s experience and expertise at much affordable prices.

High praises for Peter's customer service - my grandfather has been coming to CAL for years as Peter is able to speak in Vietnamese. We were about 38 miles away when his car's engine suddenly lost power and wasn't able to accelerate well. Peter graciously waited for us 40 minutes after the shop closed for us to come by and drop off the car. He also was able to do service on it within 24 hours. Prices seem very fair too and he did a thorough check on the car while only suggesting to fix things that were necessary. He was super communicative too. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone in the area based on how well they take care of my grandfather!

100% recommend this place. I had my Lexus GS-F serviced here, including some problem-solving that was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and reliable place with clear discussion of the pros and cons of each step.

I've been coming to CAL Auto for a few years now. Service has always been impeccable. I usually make an appointment ahead of time and Peter and Brian always make sure to finish their service in a timely manner. I've had oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, headlight replacements, and other services done here and I have been satisfied with the service every time. As others have mentioned, it's extremely difficult to find a reliable mechanic who has integrity. From my experience, Peter is more than willing to advise you that a service is NOT required or recommended, rather than performing the unnecessary work for a quick buck. Peter and Brian are professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. On top of it all, they provide the best value in the area for quality and honest work. I've referred some friends and family to CAL Auto and I will continue to come here for years to come. Thank you Peter and Brian!

Cal auto service, very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. My vehicle had to be towed , so I just picked a authorized AAA mechanic. I am so glad I found them. I have found a mechanic I can trust; they were efficient and they went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. Great service and great value. Today I dropped by because I was in the area and I was having an issue with my car battery. Peter helped me promptly and was polite, professional and honest. He did not try to talk me into anything that I didn't need and the prices he quoted me seemed fair. He went above and beyond to print me some paperwork to show AAA to get my battery replaced even though he really didn't have to do any of that! Thank you Peter. I would be willing to drive a little farther to use CAL auto for my next car issue based on the customer service alone.

Called on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to get me in the next morning. They even let me drop the van off on Thursday night to accommodate our plans for the next morning. Brian was the technician that serviced the van. He provided a clear description of what work they were going to do and how they were going to move forward. He completed all of the work on schedule and the van is performing as new. They were friendly, the pricing was fair, and the work done seems to be of the highest quality. Highly recommended.
