Update. It's a month later and I had to buy more cabinets. I went here because they had to match. I had to add to my order - spending another $1,000, but I called at 5:25PM as soon as I could after work and was told by Ana I had to work with the same person who originally helped me - and he was with a customer. So I left my number and explained I needed to place this order today because I had workers coming and I had to work at 6AM the next morning. Well, no one called, so I called back at 5:45PM and was told the same thing. Hmmm. What would happen if the original sales person was out sick? No help? She just said it had to be him. This sounds very pro employee and anti customer. They're more worried about giving each other their sales vs. helping a customer who has spent almost $4,000 dollars there in 5 weeks. This place is run by children who could care less about customer service. Thanks Ana. I guess my construction team will have to wait another day. And I'll have to call at the end of the day tomorrow. I wonder if I'll get the same crappy service from you. Take my advise, go somewhere else. They just can't get it right.
The order counter staff is asleep on the job. Not only did they add $500 worth of product to my order that wasn't mine, they ignored me for over 25 minutes (the lady was busy flirting with another customer), forgot the toe kick, got my name wrong on the paperwork and the number of knobs I requested (2x). They also didn't tell me that an item I ordered was discontinued. The worse part - the manager was stepping in and making all the errors. My contractor is picking up the product now. I might have to update this depending on what he brings back ??♀️.
There is no love for the customer at this place. Be advised.

I was here to pick up a vanity for a customer of mine. They have a process of opening boxes to check for defects. When I pointed out some defects, the reply I got was "this is one of our lower end of product lines and most of them are going to be this way". I asked to see 2 more, which the did accomidate. They too had scratches, poorly made. The cost for this vanity was $2200.00. The product was made of particle board. Wish my customer consulted with me before the purchase. Between four cabinets, I was able to have a them swap out a door with another to make a cabinet acceptable. They accomidated me, but I feel like they will rebox and pull again for another customer. When I ask a question of one of the staffers, who appeared to be calling the shots, he just ignored me completely. In my experience as a general contractor, there are plenty of better choices to purchase better quality cabinets for less then what you can find here

Absolute worst customer service. Bought a sink, had it professionally installed, and noticed it has a micro crack. They didn't want to refund or offer a trade or anything. They don't stand behind what they sell and blame the manufacturer. Will not reccomend to anyone that values their money.

Prices are not cheap like they advertise, actually over priced and all sales are final, customer service people have an attitude, looks like they don't like their job and not helpful at all, manager called and addressed the situation, hopefully that will help the coy

Please talk to your staff about personal hygiene. I was at lunch yesterday and a staff member of yours wasn’t wearing deodorant he walked by me several times. It’s hot out and no one wants to smell sweating arm pits.

Had an amazing experience with Builders Surplus in designing our kitchen. Mark R. designed our kitchen to get the most out of the space we have to work with. He made amazing recommendations for configuration of different cabinets/drawers and was very easy to work with. When we picked up our order, everyone at the warehouse was also very efficient in getting our items inspected, re-wrapped, and loaded into the 2 trucks we brought - Tetris masters! A++++ experience overall, highly recommend!

Purchased a whole set of kitchen cabinets in the dark gray slate. So far so good. Was in the process of buying them and found out the price was lower than the paper stated. Always good. Now we are installing them and they are working out ok. A few issues but nothing major.

Today was my second purchase at Builder's Surplus. The selection is amazing, and the quality of the bathroom vanities I bought last year and today are great for the price. No particle board, plywood box construction with solid maple doors, drawer fronts and frame. The granite vanity top I bought with preinstalled sinks is beautiful, also at a great price. The showroom is well laid out, although it can be a bit busy sometiomes. The sales staff know their product well and were friendly and helpful on both visits, as were the loading dock staff. Be aware that they accept cash or debit cards only - no credit cards. Once you take delivery of your items, they state there are no returns or exchanges. Everything you purchase is removed from the box so you can inspect it before you drive away. This place was recommended to me. I am happy to recommend it to you. I would not hesitate to shop here again should the need arise.

Gladys was so was so easy to work with! She listened and helped us, with a smile, the first and second time we visited the store. The items are priced in an affordable range, they have a vast selection of unique pieces, and the facility is kept very clean. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

Very bad customer service and poor quality . I had kitchen cabinets custom made and paid the requested fees. But I was unhappy with my kitchen cabinets as they didn't have all the parts as expected and had no under covers , but when I complained about it they refused to help or do anything about it. Basically it is take it or leave it with no customer service. I would not but anything there any more.
