They need to have better instructions on the charging equipment on how people can download the app, especially since it is now a new app that was acquired by Shell Corp.

Pathetic customer service and they don't stand behind their product. Our fast charger is approx 4-5 months old and we've had a port inoperable for a month. They want us to pay $1,200 for a service visit, that we've been trying to schedule since a month ago to no avail. Dealers, I'll help you ahead of time, use someone else.

Was verbally attacked for charging my car here a couple years ago. Their EV chargers also tend to always be broken in the wild. Hard pass on this company.

The charging station stated $1.25 per hour and was charged a flat charge of $10.00 for 4 hrs of charge. Dissapointed.
