Well, the staff at the Bristol Animal Clinic were absolutely 5-Star all around, especially Nancy! Go Nancy! Dr. Kim was kind and efficient as well. The office is quite small but everyone was welcoming so that makes it better. The only negative was pricing which I felt was rather high, but good staff and a nice Veterarian!
