This place is a gem!! We came here for a kids Covid booster and the staff was phenomenal. They're so well prepared for pediatric patients, which is such a rarity (even at the pediatrician's office, some of the nurses are not half as good with the kids). The pharmacist was empathetic, patient and was clearly very comfortable giving vaccines to little ones (we previously had a horrible experience at a chain pharmacy attempting to get a kids shot). The pharmacy is clean and neat. They even offered us juice or water while we waited and had really cool "prizes" for the little one after the shot. This place really just shows why independent pharmacies are worlds better than corporate retail. The entire staff here care about their patients and it shows in every single way. I cannot thank Jessica, the pharmacist, enough for how amazing she was!

A few months late into this review.. my 3 year old got his covid shot here aug 2022 and the staff here were just amazing. Really clean pharmacy, amazing customer service. The nice lady who gave my son the vaccine was super sweet and was making him as comfortable as possible. She was really nice to him. We as parents really appreciated that. I wanted to schedule for his second dose here but I guess it's not available, but I will definitely keep this pharmacy in mind! Thank you to the wonderful staff here! :)

Tan the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and gives great service. I trust his recommendations and answers all my questions and helps me with all my needs. His staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommended this pharmacy!

No idea what happened with this "Specialty Pharmacy". I made the effort to transfer all my prescriptions here and spoke with Tan if I would have any foreseeable issues filling all my prescriptions, said no, they can fill them. I understand why you couldn't fill 1 of my prescriptions, it's out everywhere. You guys didn't even have the decency to call me when my Dr left my prescriptions sitting in your inbox for over 2 months. I kept speaking to someone who is basically whispering on the phone and has no customer service direction (lots of awkward silence). My other prescriptions which are not controlled and don't have any shortages, simply couldn't be filled. I asked why and they couldn't tell me why? The person just said you'll need to transfer your prescription to another speciality pharmacy. You guys are a speciality pharmacy! Played the cat-mouse game way too long and transferred everything out of Brightside. Overall you guys WERE great, no idea what happened. Need to work on communicating with your customers who need speciality RXs that cannot be filled at regular pharmacies. In short, don't leave RXs sitting in your system. I referred 2 people over to your pharmacy and I really regret my decision **Below was the previos review I had written**Let me paint an all too common issue at Walgreens or CVS in your head. You walk in, wait in line 10-20 minutes, the pharmacist didn't fill your script or they tell you "we don't have any in stock, go to another Walgreens or CVS".Found Brightside and they're a 360 from any other pharmacy. Came in to get my COVID booster, everyone was very nice and professional and the store is very clean with a comfy waiting area. There's even a little play area for small kids which is very thoughtful.

My wife has RA. Her pain doctor prescribes several painkillers every month. We started having a lot of trouble getting these prescriptions filled due to all of the red tape around controlled substances. It got to be extremely nerve wracking just trying to get her pain meds filled before they ran out. The doctor recommended Tan and Brightside Pharmacy and the experience could not be better! That was over a year ago. Tan has saved our sanity. He and his team have never failed to get our prescriptions filled on-time. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They deliver straight to our door and always arrive at the appointed time. Cannot recommend more!

I'm so loyal to Brightside. Truth is, I don't like dealing with Dr or pharmacies bc usually that means I'm not feeling well or somethings going on. Truly, the bright side of any medical concern is this pharmacy, Tan and his team. They make everything so easy so you can just rest. From texting communication that's fast and efficient, to online payment, prescription delivery and the overall care they offer, I'm always thankful for them. One time Tan even personally called me to suggest alternatives bc my insurance was charging an absurd amount of $ for something that wasn't a necessity. Once I needed a medication from a specific manufacturer, while cvs Walgreens Costco all messed up that caused extra health problems, Brightside was able to deliver the exact meds to me the next day. I can never go back to cold / robotic / inefficient pharmacies. I'm so grateful to have found Brightside.

Very easy to get the Covid booster. They only take appointments so there were only like 2 other people there. It's quiet and calm and they have an organized system. Pharmacist was gentle and professional giving my son the shot.
