Great customer service, especially Jonathan. We were just killing time before our flight and my wife found an outfit for our niece that she really wanted to get for her, but the size we wanted was not available. Jonathan took the time to look around at other stores in the area and when he found out that we lived in another state, he ended up calling a local store near where we are located and eventually found a size for us and had them reserve it. It’s the little things! Thanks, Jonathan!

Very nice and organized store. I was there today and the girl who helped me price matched the shirt I was buying. Only sad thing was I didn’t see any Up from Pixar merchandise.

There are sooo many great pop culture gifts here and a HUGE Loungefly selection! The employees were so kind and were very gracious about helping me reach things on some very tall shelves. They even have a little section of small items like unique candies and such that would be great for stocking stuffers! Prices are not cheap, but I think the items are worth the price tags. I recommend not rushing through this store!

Staff was friendly, especially Daisy! She is super sweet and kind, not to mention kind of cute too. I always feel welcome. They give you time and space too look around and if you do need help, they are there to support. Happy to do business with Boxlunch at MainPlace. :)
