I had brought my sister a new phone and needed to activate it. We entered this boost Mobil and and where help quickly as we finished and payed and where walking back to my car the owner and her worker signed for me to come back, I thought that maybe my card payment didn't go through but to my surprise the owner offered me a backpack for my sister and gave me several colors to choose from, super nice and sweet of her! Also may I add that before this she was given a tip from a costumer and refused to take it as she was glad to help out the old man!

Boost Mobile has been by far the worst cell phone company I have ever been with. Their costumer service has been down all month, so I have not been able to pay my phone bill on line or through the phone. I'm a single mother and work more than 8hrs a day so I don't have time to physically go to a boost mobile store just to pay my phone bill. I got a message saying I had until the 7th to pay my bill and by the 6th my phones were off. My daughter who is 13 yrs old and depends on that phone to communicate with me have been uncommunicated,. She goes to school and it is not a good area if something happens to her Boost mobile will be responsible. I called Boost Mobile and asked to set up automatic payment so my phone bill gets paid every 10th of the month and they refused. Since Boost Mobile is taking so long to get their costumer service fixed The money I had for my phone bill was now removed from my account by another bill that I have set as automatic payment.
