The worst customer service. My parents went to get a SIM card to activate their phone and she gave them a MicroSDXC card with adapter. I went back and try to retuned it and she was very rude. She told me there was no returns for accessories. It was her fault because they did t ask for a Micro card.

Was ok until I realized they added device insurance on my bill without my permission or acknowledgment. They probably charged me for the wall charger they gave me too even though I didn’t ask for it. Cell phone stores are the worst when it comes to refunds, just be cautious.
