If I could give 0 stars I would theres plenty of similar stores just avoid this one at all cost. Went to another one nearby and they were helpful and charged me 30 for the changes that I wanted and got a better phone. Just avoid this place.

Terrible. I drove for 40 minutes to come pick up my items for wish and was told that "wish system was updating" Updating at 11:45am on a Saturday? You got to be kidding me. Just tell me the truth that you wanted to go to lunch because shortly after I left the store the man at counter quickly locks the door behind me and jumps into his car and leaves. I had all my info already pulled up. It would have taken 2 minutes. Thanks for wasting my time.

I have nothing against this specific store, it more towards the company. I switched to Boost Mobile and couldn't even last a month with the company. The company had really bad service, most calls wouldn't go through and if they did they almost always got cut off. The worst part was that they sold my phone number while I it was still in use. I had to get a whole new number and it caused a whole bunch of problems. Out of all the companies I have had this one and Sprint are by far the worst.

There is a lady who works here on Sunday and Wednesday mornings who has terrible customer service.Her performance is just pathetic.I give the employer of boost mobile half a star for allowing such a terrible employee to work here.She starts yelling at people for no reason.She has issues so beware before you come here.Most customers are just like me...we just want to pay our bill with no drama.

I was super happy with the service at this boost mobile. Even though I live several miles away, I will keep coming back to this location. My husband and I bought 2 phones, and it couldn't have been a better experience. Yadira was awesome!! She was very professional, yet so fun to talk to!! She was friendly and made the whole transaction easy. Thanks for the wonderful customer experience! I recommend to anyone who needs a new phone or new cell service to come check this place out.
