I was referred to BodyCraft OC by my highly-trusted mechanic so I was pretty sure I was in good hands. My trusty Highlander had some minor fender damage and the fender had pulled slightly away from the body. I popped in to their location on Edinger and described it to Nate (no call or appt). He promptly grabbed a couple of tools, came out and proceeded to fix it for free.
So, yeah, I'm sold. Thanks Nate - you run a great business.
Note for customers - the place is back away from the street so if you are heading west on Edinger you have to pull in between the OC Recycling location and the Concentra Urgent Care (see image)

Had my BMW X3 repaired after we were hit on the 55 fwy. I was really impressed with how well the staff communicated with me and handled the repair as well as dealt with the insurance. My car was done in a timely manner and they did a great job! I would highly recommend BodyCraft

We had the opportunity to work with these guys once again and once again they were a pleasure to work with. They are super nice, honest guys that really seem to enjoy what they do. They do great work and the only ones we trust with our cars.

I can't say enough good things about this business. They did some bodywork on my car a few months ago and made it look like new. Professional, friendly, priced fairly and responsive. Recently I caught my front bumper on a parking curb and it pulled my bumper apart. I stopped by the shop again and Nate was quick to offer help. He was able to get it back into place in no time and made it look great again. He wouldn't accept any payment for his help. Just all around great shop with great people. I highly recommend this business!

Got rear-ended and was referred to BODY CRAFT OC. Called & spoke with NATE. He was professional & friendly. They were able to fix my back bumper in 2 days!! Did a great job and were very helpful. Will definitely use them again & recommend them to my friends.

When it comes to Auto Body repair, there are only really 3 things you want. Good Work. Decent Price. Honesty. BodyCraft has all 3. Took my e46 M3 here for some door damage, and they provided an estimate that was smack dab in the middle of 6 quotes I got from other body shops. Other body shops had less reviews, with less stars. So I had to give them a try given their Yelp reputation. Wasn't disappointed with that choice. Nate from start to finish was informative, honest, and easy to talk to. I told him what I expected, and he delivered on repairs that didn't exceed a budget I had set; in fact he beat it by a lot, and saved some time for his guys. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle here if needed. It's hard to find trustworthy auto body shops in the area, and even harder to find them at a good value.

Responded in about 1 day, but still haven't received a response to my subsequent question... so moving on to someone else. I have written estimates and schedules from other body shops.

I simply must say first, "integrity". They quoted me a fair price, but when they "got in there", they found they had more work than they have realized when they gave me the quote. I DO understand when that happens, the price MUST be adjusted. So I was expecting a few hundred more and would not have complained if they did charge more. BUT THEY DIDN'T, charging exactly the price quoted, and that is MORE than fair. The work was flawless, the truck looks great, what more could you ask for? I offered a tip, which was very politely declined. But they deserved one, just the same. Great shop, we both laughed when I said "see you next time", as of course, no one wants to need body work. But if I do, this is where I would/will go. Thanks to the guys at BodyCraft.
