The store itself was very well stocked, I will give them that. With that being said I was harassed by your loss prevention and manager and this was my first time ever going to this Big Lots. I'm going to Big Lots since I was a little kid and I've never been so harassed and to the point where I put back half the stuff I got and only got food stuff because I didn't want to spend any of my hard-earned money in this store because they were harassing me making me feel like some kind of criminal. I literally have never experienced such horrible customer service when I tried to ask a question I got ignored or I got straight the rudest response ever. I will not be coming here again, which sucks because the store itself has a great selection, but to be treated as if I was some criminal on my first trip ever to this particular Big Lots was literally not only humiliating, but is very very upsetting. So if you have no problem with being profiled for no reason other than you are someone who really likes to look around and find great deals, then by all means shop here. However if you're like me and you take your time, I would recommend not going here!

The store is well stocked. Plenty of clean baskets and friendly employees. Found things other stores did not have. I recommend this store and I will go again and again !!

Glad Big Lots are still around. Great seasonal selections, housewares, good variety of foods & staples, cleaning supplies, linens & kitchenwares at reasonable prices. Using the app generates coupons.

It's a Big Lots, so the buying experience is pretty much what you expect: deals on close out items and unenthusiastic staff.
This particular store's rest rooms have been rooms "out of order" for the last 3 months. I wonder if they have a port-a-poddy in the warehouse for the employees.

Big Lots has always been a place to go to find some really good deals. I'm unhappy that the Big Lots near me has closed down so I'm coming to this one. Unfortunately this one is not kept up quite as nice as some of the other ones. However I did find some really good deals and I will be back.

My local Big Lots closed so I'm so very very happy to have found this one in Orange and it is a large one with lots of choices. I was able to stock up on my makeup remover and all the other things I used to buy regularly at my old Big Lots I'm so happy to have found one semi close to me
