Out of 3 online stores, was the only one to be able to ship to me the toothpaste I ordered in a timely manner AND they only charged $5 for delivery as opposed to some who were charging 3x as much for S&H.

First of all I ordered from Canada took for ever to get here. Cost me double because of the shipping. I didn't realize the it has palm kernel oil that is bad for you. The lid on the bottle was broken. I have to be putting it into something else.

I have only ordered from them online. They have a somewhat quirky online ordering practice. First, they will not indicate whether something is in stock or not at the time you place an order. If you have ordered multiples of an item, and they have some in stock, you will receive a partial order. Most vendors handle backorders by shipping the remaining items when they become available. Not Betterlife. You must place another order to get the items missing from the first order, starting the whole process over, not knowing if there is any in stock. This is absolutely CRAZY. Long story short: Betterlife may have good prices but will you receive anything you order? I am still waiting. My partial order was reportedly shipped Dec. 3 but no tracking information is available for number given. I may have been too generous with 3 stars, considering I don't have anything yet.

I have been a customer for as long as I can remember, at least 10 years. My mom, used to call on the phone to place her orders. The customer service is great. I'm an online shopper and hope someday to walk in and meet Kaz and Maryam in person. Keep well and safe my friends!

This is one of those hidden gems that every Yelper should know about; that is, if they're into vitamins and other kinds of supplements. Better life has some of the better prices compared to most other places that I purchase my supplements. And if I cannot find something here, I can go to Better Life's website and order it there. The owners have told me if I cannot find what I am looking for I can ask them to special order it and if they can they will. Now some specialized supplements I can only purchase through a licensed health professional but for things like magnesium, vitamin D, 5-HTP, cats claw, choline, DGL, passion flower, etc. I can buy here at a great price. They've been in business a long time, so they are doing something right.

What are you doing is this place since it opened in the 70s the same people still own it their prices are the best Eddie where the family that owns it are the best ever in their employees are super helpful kind and courteous
