So much time and money lost! I am redoing my living room floor and I wanted a marble look. I spoke with a rep from Behr at Home Depot and we discussed different options and ways to accomplish what I wanted. He said the plan I had in mind sounded solid and that the paint I had chosen would work. I did all the prep that we discussed and I was thorough as heck. I even have proof of me using the diamond grinder on the entire floor, I followed with the concrete prep/acid whatever it is and then neutralized the acid wash with vinegar as he recommended. After I had a dry floor I applied Interior/Exterior Concrete & Garage 1-part Epoxy Coating in Icy White to my floor. Here’s where the real money was wasted, and it was not on this ridiculously disappointing product. I poured my Resin/Epoxy 2 part product that had multiple metallic pigments and it looked great. It was very smooth and I was happy with the results.
Well here I am less than 3 days later and the Behr epoxy is lifting in sheets where the resin was. The lady who sold me the resin tried to warn me that Behr’s product was notorious for peeling, but I thought with detailed prep work I would be okay. I am out $500 and still have to redo the floor and prep all over again so close to $1200 by the time this is finished. I have never in my life been so disappointed in a product or angry about the quality. It will set me back at least 2 weeks on this project. Never ever buy this to do your concrete. I wish I had options to recuperate this loss.

Behr Dynasty is the best paint I’ve come in contact with! One coat, fast drying, smooth and easy to maintain. Love it! My only suggestion will be to design the tops for pouring.

Brian Van Metre doesn't provide any Customer Service when I inquired about my Behr Pro account points and loves to escalate by contacting my Behr rep and his Manager. Have been loyal to Behr because of the excellent customer service my rep has provided and 95 percent of my purchases have been Behr paint and stopped bidding on projects that customers' ask for Dunn Edwards or Sherwin Williams paint. Will reach out to Jeff Filley to speak with Brian's supervisor regarding this lousy customer service.

we had an issue with a black color turning grey and got in touch with customer service. they told us our business was valuable and wanted us to try a water based variant. we needed the paint soon so we were told to purchase what we needed to finish our job and they would reimburse us for that amount. 6 months later, we still haven’t received reimbursement. At first it seemed like they were going to take care of our issue but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We could care less about the product failing as long as a company stands behind their product. In this case we kinda feel they used deceptive practices to get us to buy more product that we normally would not have purchased. In the end we were routed to a claims manager named Sergio who asked us for the same receipts that we already submitted and pictures of labels from paint cans. We finally decided to stop the madness and say no…no more sending the same receipts. Sergio then said he reserved the right to revoke our compensation offer and proceeded to terminate the call.

Horrible customer service. Between my son-in-law and my self spent hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue. Not once did they try to resolve it any fashion. Other then to say sorry don't know. Project half finished and I can't get any answers. They just don't care about me. I am busy and have.bettee things to do then waste time on phone without getting anything resolved. I will never use their product again on any projects. Went to PGP they were very helpful.
