2020 S560 MAYBACH REPLICA with 10k miles.
While back, my friend who's a realestate broker from LA for 35 years needed the best MBZ shop closest to Brentwood, LA locations booked out, so me working at both family shops in RSM and Laguna Beach decided to find him this location that would do it by appointment while he waited. Reviews seem good I trust the LABOR, I call prior, asking could you guys install the new camera on the Maybach grill? Receptionist lady says yes, ok I have my own Mhale filter and Mollygen oil because that's what we want in the car, in our own shop sometimes customers bring their own we charge little more labor but nothing to dent the ego.
I drive from South OC, he drives from Brentwood, middle aged white male guy comes out (on the phone I asked for s560 not maybach) super unprofessional he looks at the car OH THIS IS THE FAKE, and blows us off lol can't do it. In auto industry it's called a REPLICA. Pissed me off so we drove to our south OC location I took care of it actually as easy as 2.2L camry oil change, but had to take the rest of the day off to accommodate my friend.
Low class and rude. Been in the business for 23 years I don't care you live out of your car or paying with black card, you gonna be treated how I want to be treated. Mr. D here maybe worn out, maybe don't like ppl bringing their own oil, maybe don't like Middle Eastern. But just so you know between us my customer service towers yours, and since you don't know what's a replica what's a fake, in a real race 2 wheel or 4 wheel I'll lap you. You ain't worth 100mill to be so snobby. Remember customer service 1st, then honesty, then craft.

I've been going to Beemers & Benz for a couple of years now. Owning a Benz is expensive but Beemers & Benz makes it simple. They're always honest about what my car needs and didn't sell me for anything I don't need. Shout out to Ben for always helping me out with last minute stuff! Highly recommend!

I recently visited this auto shop for a small inspection of my Mercedes due to a check engine light alert. I must say, my experience with them was exceptionally professional. Unlike some other places that tend to alarm customers with potential extensive and costly services, these guys took a different approach.
Upon arriving, they promptly attended to my car and didn't waste any time scaring me about potential expensive repairs. Instead, they asked me a few pertinent questions about my car's behavior, trying to understand the possible underlying issue. This level of attention and care reassured me that they genuinely wanted to diagnose the problem accurately.
To my relief, the problem turned out to be relatively minor. They promptly reset the check engine light after identifying the root cause. I greatly appreciated their honesty and straightforwardness. They didn't push any unnecessary services on me, which can be quite common in the automotive industry.
Overall, I left the auto shop feeling satisfied and confident in their abilities. The fact that they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services makes me trust them for any future car-related issues. I will definitely return to them if the check engine light reappears or for any other maintenance needs in the future. If you're looking for a professional and honest auto shop, I highly recommend giving these guys a try.

My Audi Q7 had a high pitch noise problem coming out of the engine. I went to another place and that was a huge mistake. Found Beemer & Benz here on Yelp and decided to bring the car in. Ben was so pleasant to talk. David listened to the noise and pretty much knew where the issue was. Of course, they ran some test to confirm. Ben explained to me in detail cost, how long it would take, and what to expect. I got the car back now and it's been running great. So glad to find Beemer & Benz. This will be my go-to place from now on whenever my car needs maintenance or repair. Thanks David and Ben.
