I placed an order 11-15 it came 11-24. The sizing is completely wrong based on my Jean size and current belt sizes. The one I received is 4 inches shorter than my size. I have sent two emails and called the three different numbers I located leaving 6 messages. I have yet to get a call back concerning my issue. I wanted to see about returning and getting the correct size now I am so frustrated I just want a refund. For the cost of the belts and products sold I would think the customer service would be better.

Excellent customer service, i finally was able to buy my first belt and there was a mess up with the sizing with the first order and they did everything to make it right. The belt is absolutely beautiful, and the quality is amazing. worth every penny. Thank you to everyone at BB Simon who helped me and made my belt!

Purchased, among several other items, a $455 hoodie for my daughter for Xmas. On January 3rd I emailed BB Simon as the hoodie was missing multiple crystals after hand washing this item just once. No response until MARCH 20th. 3 months! The email requested I send photos of the hoodie, which I did. It's now April 18th and I've yet to receive any kind of follow up from this company. The return policy sucks ($50 restocking fee even if THEY make a mistake), you can't ship items to another address if you're sending a gift, shipping is exorbitantly expensive and takes forever, and customer service is nonexistent. They couldn't care less once they have your money. Most companies charge your card only once the item ships... this one collects payment immediately and sends the item weeks or months later. I spent over $2k over Xmas season for absolute junk that fell apart after one wear. As a small business owner, I can't imagine treating my customers this way and expecting my reputation to remain intact. I've purchased similar style belts and clothing at half the price that was much better quality, without the crappy customer service.

Horrible Customer ServiceI ordered a $503 belt shortly before Christmas 2022. Several jewels fell out within 11 days later. I send several emails regarding my order # 287865. They just stopped responding all together about fixing it.Update: New Jewels were mailed.

I had met the owner back in 2020 and he was awesome, thing is i had bought 2 very exclusive belts that you can not find ANYWHERE and they both got stolen i was offered a warranty and emailed and called but nothing $800 wasted but other than that this brand is amazing i love it the owner is dope just wish i can get some type of Recompensated for the $800 worth of belts i bought and never really got to wear

Terrible customer service , only was able to get in contact with them 1 time about my missing Crystal and they made me send pictures to they email and didn’t do nothing afterwards . Payed almost 500 dollars for this belt and y’all can’t even go out y’all way to give me and exchange or just put another Crystal back in this . Don’t buy bb.Simon . Cause if mess up or breaks . It’s gome for good cause this company only cares about the money

DO NOT buy directly from the website you will get your order late and customer service is horrible. They won’t ship your order when they say they will even after you’ve waited over a month for it. You’ll have to keep calling to ask about it. They also changed the estimated processing time on the website from 3-4 weeks to 4-7 weeks. When they finally ship your item it will say it’s already been delivered which is obviously a lie. Anyone could steal your item during transportation and you’d have no proof. Birthday photoshoot ruined if I could give 0 stars I would. Never again.

These people scammed me for more than 300 dollar. I ordered a belt from them and they fallowed their sizing instructions when I got the belt it was ridiculously small had to pay them to take it back and then payed for shipping all over again and they sent me back the same belt that they had originally sent so now I'm out 300 with a belt that won't even fit around my waist I'm a size 28 and the belt I ordered is a 36 and it won't even fit my waist

I have purchased 5 bbsimon belts so far (not only for myself, but also as gifts) and I gotta say the quality is amazing! I noticed that when I ordered around Christmas time it took them longer to send it but they told me that they make everything by hand as orders are placed! So, considering that - I think some people need to cut the company some slack, but that's just me. Overall, I had an amazing experience with bbsimon over the years and definitely will continue to buy from them online. Recommending 100%
