Poor customer service. Sales person Jonathan has missed appointments and no call backs. Failed to follow through on commitments to visit the home for estimates and design. We Do not recommend this contractor. We work too hard for our money too.

If you are able to get them to come out, good for you. We've been waiting for weeks just for a response, have never had a rougher time trying to give people my business. Had my appointments cancelled twice. They are just a waste of time.
