Very bad customer service. This is the worst BOA store in Southern California. The guy called Daniel has an attitude toward waiting customer. Not sure why he still can get the job there. Manager are not solving problems. Employee has no efficiency. That’s why so many customers and clients complaint about it. Avoid doing business with them.

I had an appointment with a banker at the Santa Ana branch on 17th Street and she wasn't even there. The branch manager was rude and not very helpful. I was trying to take over my dead mother's accounts and they wouldn't even let me make a payment on a loan with their bank. My mother has been a customer with BofA for 50 years!

The customer service is not good big lines always they walk around here and there just only one two or one cashier counter window is open so you guys lose a lot of customer. The reason is bad customer service.

The bankers literally spent over an hour just chatting with themselves outside the bank in front of customers and clients who were waiting for hours.I brought my Dad here who wanted to change his address and something that simple took us over 2 hours because the bankers were too busy chit chatting (literally) instead of helping us.

This place has to be the worst location ever. Everytime I go in there there is a 30-40 minute wait. There is only 1 teller. If you’re really lucky there is 2. But that is extremely rare. Definitly go to a different bank of you value your time. This place should be ashamed to say they offer quality customer service. I only come here because I have to. My disability goes through BOFA. Otherwise , I would never use them !

This branch doesn't not know how to service consumers. I had identity theft years ago with this bank.. I finally got everything cleared and yet the "banker" Sergio still simply bases the decision to establish a relationship on a fraud profile that I never created! I don't know if they truly are clueless or just don't have any common sense. The branch by my office in mission Viejo actually took the time to help me and guess what they opened the dawn account for me! It just took that pme extra mile of effort.. obviously Sergio nor this branch has that same initiative..very sad!!

Phong or Huang whatever his name is was really rude. he's a sarcastically person and he talks to you as if you're stupid was getting loud and making sure everyone around us could hear which i hate. so when he got loud and rude so did i. and mind you he was acting like towards every person that he helped while i was waiting in line before he "helped" me.
