Very poor experience with the assistant branch manager, nothing but condensing and belittling for no apparent reason when I waited in line just to ask a few questions.They also have AI responding to messages that are less than 4/5 stars

My husband and I had a very simple transaction to complete. After waiting in an absurdly long line, the teller claimed the transaction was impossible for her to do and directed us to another individual in the branch. Seeing as numerous people were waiting to speak to that individual, we left and chose another location for B of A with Saturday hours: on Culver. We were properly greeted, waited in a short line, and the teller easily completed the transaction without issue. Perhaps if I had greeted the teller in Santa Ana in a different language, things would not have been a problem for her.

Went there had a busy day. Had a large check to deposit. 5:00 on the button. Said I just need to make a deposit security guard wouldn't go get a manager or let me in. Guess its time to bank elsewhere. He totally had the ability to help me out. Instead treated me like a scofflaw. I was polite and courteous, but totally disappointed.employees walking out couldn't be bothered. Said put it in the ATM.

Anell was amazing. I had to send a last minute wire transfer for an important transaction and she squeezed me in between appointments. Took the time to analyze my account and offer solutions to other issues I was having after completing it. Everyone at this branch was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming here going forward with any of my banking needs.

Long lines not the best customer service. I’ve visited this location a few times this past week and one of the drive thru tellers has been down. Frustrating experience I don’t ever look forward to coming when I have to.

Was here to make a deposit. Easily a dozen people in line on a Saturday with three tellers working. I noticed there was a business line so I got in it. As soon as the teller finished with the guy in front of me she shut down so there were only two tellers working. She never made eye contact with me, acknowledged me in any way, or told me that anyone else would help me.

Man, Bank of America needs to get their act together, every. single. Location. They staff one teller, is this bank ok? Time to find another bank, what a joke.

This bank needs to update their hours of operation. On Saturdays it does not stay open till 4pm. Drove all the way to the location for it to be closed.

Horrible service at this location. I called a million times just to ask if they had a safe box size available - no answer. I went in and the teller said their phone does ring? She took my name down for a call back and it took over 2 weeks for me to get a call back just to be able to ask if they had a box size available

The bank sends you an email that your foreign currency order is ready for pick up. You drive - lose time and gas - stand in line forever - only to be told the foreign currency order is not there. Zero information- zero customer service. Time to move most of my financials to Capital One.
