This bank isn't good with customer service , they are very rude. They blocked my account for no reason, they told me to verify my identity, I went and told me the wait time is 2 hour. Wouldn't recommend this branch or this bank in general.

Family and I had an appt with the business branch @3pm. Got her at 2:50 and didn't get help till 4:30pm, passed closing time. This bank is a damn joke! Bunch of damn clowns as workers. If I knew better I won't waste time coming here. Zero stars if I could.

If I could give a 0 to this BofA, I'd give a f&@%ing 0. Horrible bank. Do they ever work? Or are they that lazy to work? I came here to make a huge deposit (2nd time trying to do so) and the first time I was surprised to learn that all BofAs close at 4PM!! Why do they close so early?! The only bank that closes so damn early. Do they not realize that people have careers/jobs and either don't/can't get off before 4 lol?! Now today I made sure to get there before they close and the doors were closed!! At 3:20PM!! Apparently this location was the only one closed for the day and closed the following day. Other BofAs were open. So again, do they ever work?

Run down building with non-patrons (homeless) at the front yelling at you in welcome to this less than mediocre branch. I've been waiting for 20 minutes now for a teller. Only one window has been open and the rest of the employees are chatting in the lobby-clearly nothing to do with professional conversations. Everything about this experience has been condescending and it's the last thing I want to experience in their lukewarm lobby. I actually can't believe this is a BoA. The manager is actually showing her colleagues personal emails at the front of the store.

One teller working the window it's ridiculous. Then they attended a someone without getting in line. BofA needs to make an effort to hire more tellers.

Worse customer service from Elsa Martinez and Edgar Chacon, their excuse is that they are a busy branch and are not willing to take the time to help, as a business owner I see them as mediocre employees just there to collect a check.... I visit different branches every month because of my business and I wished yelp would have a minus rating, by far the worse experience ever. My recommendation visit a different branch.

Every time I come to this place I have a bad experience, long lines, other times I am rushing to go inside I step in the double door and they lock the door on me at 3:59 pm. It has happened many times...

I can't believe Brenda is the face of the branch here. She has the worst customer service I wouldn't trust her with my monopoly money. Her Spanish is also horrible if you are going to be representing the house with a demographic that speaks mostly Spanish have someone who speaks it at least have the ability to hold a full conversation. " SO" is not a Spanish Term FYI. Changing banks asap. Asi o más claro.

There is always long line no matter what since 5 years ago till now they never fix it, you have to wait one hour to see the teller or any one, after been never treated good i complained about the situation and they closed my account, and they closed my credit card also for no reason, this bank is a mafia becerful, i have chase and wellsfargo they are great

This review is only for the drive-up ATM. They have 2 drive-up ATM's and I chose to use the one on the left. It was a Monday afternoon and I needed to withdraw some cash to transfer to another bank. I initially requested the maximum I could withdraw, and the machine said it was not available to process. So I assumed it didn't have the amount I was requesting. I continued to lower the amount by increments, and it took 4 different amounts before it could process my request. It was a lot less than I needed to withdraw and transfer. When I received the cash, I couldn't believe what I saw come out! It was a huge stack of money. I quickly wondered why and as I pulled the cash out, it was all 10-dollar bills! OMG, what an inconvenience that was. Can you imagine receiving a huge stack of 10-dollars bills. After receiving the cash, I pulled into a parking spot to count it to make sure I received the amount I requested. Whew, thank goodness it was. So off I went, driving away with a huge stack of 10's.

Slowest bank of America in all I have ever encountered. To be fair I think the tellers try hard, but the customers are never prepared when they get to the window. I mean all that time in line and u font have ur IDready to go?? And no this is not the home loan window. How do people not know it's the teller window???
