JC from this Autozone Branch is an absolute Legend!!! ❤️ I was looking for some rubbing compound to buff out a scratch but this GOAT of a man just fixed the thing in 2 minutes without even asking for payment.

I needed to get some fuses for work and they were the nearest location I could find what I needed. It was about noon time when I came in. I forgot my glasses and couldn't read the small print on the fuses luckily they had friendly employees that were able to assist me. Find the correct voltage fuse or amperage I mean for the fuses I needed. The store was well stocked and well lit. The employees were friendly and helpful. There was no waiting as I was able to get in and out quickly. The prices are competitive to their competitors. I give my experience a five star rating and do you recommend anyone who has automotive needs to stop in. I’m sure that you’ll be able to find what you need or you can just ask the helpful employees. I will return to this location whenever I’m in the area if I need anything related to automotive

My check engine light came on. I ran in, grabbed the diagnostic tool. Got the fault code, bought the fuel sensor and snapped it in.

Great spot. Stopped in for an air filter for my 2005 dodge neon. They had one. Got it. Replaced it in the parking lot. Great service. I was in n out in ten minutes.

Went in to get a car battery status & the first gentleman that help us out was very kind & honest. He let us know we would have to charge the battery before giving us the main reason of the issue. Came back a few hours later & a different employee named Kyle helped me out. He was extremely helpful & gave me the information for the new battery needed. He was very pleasant & knowledgeable, I appreciate his willingness to help. Whatever he getting paid, he deserves more. Thank you Kyle ☺️

5/21/2024 , around 7:30 pm I went to the store to replace my Mercedes battery, I bought the battery on 8/2023 , And I checked the battery and vehicle and I was sure problem is with battery and by the time I bought it I was told that battery has warranty ! I make it short story: end of the day tied I went to store and the older guy who seems to be store manager start showing me his attitude and said he should charge the battery to make sure ! I said I know the problem and I can’t wait till tomorrow with a dead car !!!
He started to show his attitude and told me next time if you have problem with your battery DO NOT BRING IT HERE AND CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY WHO MAKE THE BATTERY !!! I couldn’t believe what I heard and I said I bought it from Auto zone because Of support and has store near me and I said Ok next time I will buy my batteries from costco ! He said please go ahead and do it next time ! Unbelievable! He ruined my day ! Normally I don’t write negative reviews, I’m a google guide with millions viewers! But this time …
