Best Shop in town, these guys are Amazing! I know these guys for many years and I always take my cars to them when I need something to be done on it. Miguel always go above and beyond to fix any electrical issues on my cars, great knowledge, super friendly and very reasonable prices, Awesome work, Thank you very much!

I came to the audio zone after putting a flat screen in my subaru. I complained I needed new speakers. Nope, you bought a cheap system. He was so convinced he said look. I'll put a new flat screen on free of charge. If you like it and it sounds right. Then, you purchase the unit alone with no installation charge! Who does that anymore! I will forever go to this shop for my audio needs.

I don't know who all of these 5 stars reviews referring to, since this place is nothing like any of these reviews. the tech guy at this place was the outmost rudest and unprofessional person I have ever seen at any automotive service shop. I made appointments to run a wire for my dashcam, and when I got there, for the first 15 min. He was looking at the computer and his phone without even acknowledging me standing there. After I went to him and told him what I was there for. He said, "Leave the car" and took my keys. I made the appointment so I don't have to leave the car, when I went there to make the appointment, that's what he says too that's why I made the appointments so I didn't have to leave the car. Besides, I wanted to see how he was running the wires as he didn't look like someone who knew what he was doing. I just asked for my keys and went to another guy right down the street from him. Don't go to this place. If I could give him a 0 star, that's what this place would get. It's totally an unprofessional business.

Very recently an unfortunate incident occurred here that I feel should be known to other ppl as the manager isn't doing anything to resolve this issue. I've been coming here for almost 10 years so hear me out! I took in my car for a quick door handle replacement job when the job was finished I come back to find that the leather vinyl of my door panel is torn open maybe 5 inches wide. Upon arrival to the shop the door panel & leather was in pristine condition. So when the mechanic called me over to see new my door handle I was super shocked to be lookin at a torn interior at the same time. I asked what happened he said " it's old it comes apart like this with age you know" i was beyond shocked at what he said because I know and he knows my car did not come into the shop like dat all torn up! He tried to make it seem like it was an age problem but obviously there had to be a certain level of force to tear leather that was sewn & glued into the door panel. He lied to me straight to my face. He didn't even bother tellin me how he did that to my door panel because I guess he didn't want to assume responsibility. I couldn't believe it. At this point I was still shocked but starting to feel sad because I've been coming here for years and never ever would I have expected this especially from my mechanic, we were cool as hell. The door panel was obviously torn apart by harsh treatment while the mechanic was replacing my door handle. This is what I supposed happened because the mechanic did not want to assume responsibility or tell me the truth. Incredible right. Once again after he lied to my face I wanted to give him another chance to assume responsibility or at least tell me how it happened exactly so I asked " look hey man did u do this or?" He said "no" and that was that. Keep in mind only one person was working on my car. So if he says he didn't do it who did? A ghost? A cat? At the end of that conversation that was the end of our relationship between me n that mechanic. I did not want to keep getting lied to so I just went on my way and waited until the manager came back from vacation to try to get this issue resolved. (At the time of incident manager was out of country) I had no intention resolving this issue with the mechanic because he just kept lying to my face & I really didn't want to lose my cool. I thought the manager would be more understanding but was I ever so wrong. Gotta keep in mind this is a family owned shop they are looking out for their own interests instead of the customers. In my opinion I don't care what type of business you are it should always be customers 1st. The manager asked for proof of the work like a paperwork. I received no receipt or paperwork for the work. Ok I should've asked for one but I didn't my mistake whoop dee doo i should've been provided that by the mechanic who's done the work but nope. No professionalism. All the manager had to do was communicate with his mechanics to see if I really had my work done there that day for a door handle replacement. But unfortunately for us customers he has no communication skills with his employees about customer issues nor was he understanding to the situation. I guess they just wanted me to take my business elsewhere which is cool no problem. I just feel like everyone who comes here should know these men don't even take care of their loyal customers so just imagine how you'll be treated if u are a brand new customer.

Miguel just diagnosed the issue on my Mercedes with the Sirius radio. Fixed it for half of what a MB specialist quoted and 20% of what a new system would cost. Highly recommend him.

Miguelito is one of the kindest gentlemen I have ever met. I cannot say enough good things about him and his services at Audio Zone in Santa Ana. It is rare that you meet someone who self-identifies additional work while preforming what was requested and 'just does it because it's the right thing to do' and doesn't ask for more. The quality is great, the price is great, just very pleased. He has a customer for life.
