I recently had a fantastic experience at Audi South Coast in Santa Ana. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. After calling ahead, Ben Kazanjian confirmed the vehicle we were interested in was available, and it was ready for us upon arrival.
Despite the busy day, Ben Kazanjian introduced us to David Barnum, who was incredibly knowledgeable and provided top-notch service. His expertise and attention to detail made the process smooth and enjoyable.
When we reached financing, Sammi Ly the finance manager, was transparent and honest. She provided real numbers before running any credit checks—no games, just straight talk. She worked with San Diego Credit Union to secure us a great rate, making the entire process stress-free.
Chelsea Huang then walked us through the paperwork, ensuring that all additional features were thoroughly explained, with excellent customer service throughout the process.
Afterward, David and Ben handed us the keys and made sure the vehicle was all set up, walking us through the features, Audi Connect, etc, to ensure we were comfortable.
Overall, Audi South Coast delivered an excellent, five-star experience. It was well worth the 85-mile drive, and I’ll definitely return for future purchases and service!

Chose anything but this place. Go to Aliso Viejo for example. They sign dozens of cars to the service and just keep them on the parking lot. 3 hours after they took my car it is still not touched even. Wasted the whole day

Worked with Frank Pellegrin and Nick Beshoff. Both are amazing. Not pushy or aggressive, allowing the clients to feel comfortable with their decisions. Will provide excellent service and test drive some quality vehicles! Frank made my family feel so comfortable from beginning to end! We drove off the lot yesterday and even my 1 yr old was smiling :)

Do not go to this dealership for factory checks or any services for your vehicle.
Their customer services were okay for past years, but it turns out their service quality has gone down a LOT recently. I just had the worst customer service in recent years at this dealership today for such a simple maintenance for my Audi; they failed to perform the very basic customer service and I am very disappointed.
I turned in my car today morning and only asked for a tire pressure check and an oil change ($200+ for just those, but I still accepted the price since I thought at least their service is better than other places). The advisor with me today was constantly pushing me to buy their small/big factory maintenance for $500+/$1000+, which I understood the motivation since they are still a salesman at the end of the day, though I still rejected all the deals they were proposing. After I got the message notifying me the car is ready to pick up, I asked them if they can wait for me for 10 minutes past their closing time since highway was really crowded and I can't get there by 4P.M. (the time the service closes), or at least leave the car key and the car outside for pick up, including any essential documents, so I can at least pick up my car today before the store closes (they close at 7P.M.). But nope, I DID NOT get ANY messages back, and when I got there at 4:04P.M., which is only 4 minutes after 4P.M., I was told that everyone already went home and I can only pick my car up on Monday (today is Saturday). Like, seriously? No reply on message and no preparation for customers to pick up their car when they are already on the way, way before the store closes? This is straight up unprofessional to its extreme.
Pick your dealership wisely, consider this one last on the list first.

My sales team was comprised of Sammi, General Manager of Sales, and Gor, Salesman. Initially when first speaking with Sammi on the phone, I was concerned that I would be meeting with a powerhouse negotiator. However, when I first arrived at South Coast Audi, Sammi met me at the door, and instead of the powerhouse negotiator, she was charming, sincere, kind, sharing, and very intelligent. She immediately introduced me to Gor, my salesman, who was outgoing, friendly, full of smiles and honest. Now, I know that the words car salesman and honest are considered an oxymoron, but that is far from the truth with Gor. He was sincere, honestly answered all questions, and I truly felt he was advocating for the best possible deal for me. Sammi honored me with making traditional tea from tea leaves and sharing pictures of her newly rescued cat. She was so personable that I offered to assist her with a dream vacation she had mentioned.
The environment of South Coast Audi is clean, relaxing, and felt comfortable, instead of sterile as many dealerships interiors feel. Cars were quickly brought forward without hesitation and ready to be test driven.
The car was ready as promised and detailed. N the end, Gor patiently sat in the car with me to go through all the endless electronics and high end accessories. I clearly state that the car sales experience with Sammi and Gor were excellent and without fault.

I fell very secure and confident when visiting Audi South Coast, when I was served in a polite and friendly manner, the seller Mr. Hung Tran did not quote high prices to make the buyer overcharge, did not create difficulties to pressure customers and he explained very clearly to customers. I rate this place as the best place in California to buy Audi cars. ?
