Try to avoid this store! I went in November to trade in two iPhone 13 for the iPhone 15. My bill shows that my new phones are being charged. Called customer service and they told me that told me they never sent in the phones i turned in and now am being charged full price for both phones!!!

To keep it short and simple the worker who helped me out was such a scammer. He tried to make me sign up for insurance and told me I HAD to. Which is BS! I used to be an employee myself which made this situation even more embarrassing. Also tried to add lines to my account. This lil guy had no shame. N the manager chilled in the back the whole time after I asked for him because clearly the employee kept trying to poorly sneak shit in. Wasted and hour and nothing was done. (:

Terrible customer service!!!!! Every single worker went to the back when my uncle & I walked in with the exception of one employee. He was completely unhelpful and kept going to the back to check in with his "manager" about everything. I feel as though I was treated unfairly because I do not fit the demographic of this area. He went to the back for over 15 minutes then did not come out until I asked another employee what was taking so long. He then came out and gave me a bullshit excuse as to why I couldn't port my old phone number. If he didn't want to make a sale then he could've just said that instead of wasting my time!!! Avoid this location at all cost if you wish to be treated fairly. Very weird and uncomfortable. And to top it off it smelled like straight feces in there!!

Michael helped me very professionally with my phone and watch and even Amazon predicaments. I would go there over any other ATT office. Explained my service at home too.

I cancelled and returned the items for the internet and they still kept taking payments out of my account. When I tried to dispute it they claimed I never tried to contact them.Never going with att again!

Came in on a Saturday evening after work to see what I could do as far as trading in my phone. The manager ( Danny ) not only helped us but also went above and beyond. Long story short, I came in with the intention of just seeing what was available, to getting the phones me and my girlfriend wanted plus brand new air pod pros. After that he also mentioned to us the promotion that made my monthly payment go down almost $50 from what I was paying previously. Beyond helpful and overall a great customer service and a memorable experience. I highly recommend this store for anyone in the area!

So Iphone 14 just came out. Went to try and get one for daughter. They did not have specific model but were able to order it. Week later we got it no problem. Only issues: 1. Sales person was overly friendly, and by that I mean I'm 50 years old, you're 20. Please have a little respect and don't call me "dude". Am I just being a Karen? 2. I don't think this guy knew what he was doing. Maybe just new, but kept having to ask for help.3. Need more sales people on the floor. The good: Sales person was great when we picked up the phone we ordered. Easy going and knew his business. Respectful. Even said "pardon my reach" when working on our transaction.

This store has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They make AT&T look so bad, I almost want to go back to TMobile, where they act and treat you professionally. I went in on Sunday 9/11/22 two females helped me, Judith and Elia. They were both courteous and professional and beyond helpful. I am a first responder Peace Officer and I went in to switch to their program for first responders. I began to have issues on Tuesday 9/13/22. I went in to the store and spoke to a guy named Luis, he was nice and he told me what I needed to do, which was get a pin code from TMobile and then either go back to the store or call him at the store before 8pm. I finally got the information I needed to provide to Luis at 7:45pm. I called the store as instructed, and I was told that Luis or the other guy who was working could not help me because they were closing soon. I advised him that I was instructed to call or return before 8pm which I was doing and that they weren't closed until 8pm so why couldn't I get help. I advised him I needed my phone just like everyone else needs theirs in this day and age. He refused to help me even though they were still open until 8pm, another 15 minutes. I then waited until the following day as I had no choice. Promptly at 10am I called this AT&T store, whomever answered the phone which was a Male listened to my concerns and then quickly said the two guys that were working last night were busy and I don't know why you're complaining. I advised him that I wasn't complaining I just wanted my service turned on and working properly as I spent a lot of money switching services. I bought a new phone and accessories and expected to be treated with some kind of care. He said I needed to go in to get help, that he couldn't help me over the phone, even though the day before Luis told me to just call the store if I couldn't go in and he would be able to get my service active. He began to speak to me in a very rude tone, he said what do you want me to do. I told him I would just call Corporate and let them know how they are running this store. He laughed and hung up on me. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he answered the phone at 10am sharp and I'm sure if this store cares they can track who it was. This is the thanks I get for being a First Responder for one. Then I'm a new customer and this is how you treat me? I'm still attempting to contact Corporate because the people they are hiring at this store need serious Customer Service training, and how to treat customers to try and keep them, not lose them. I'm very tempted to go back to TMobile, where Customer Service is always provided. This AT&T store makes this company look like they are amateurs and after reading all of the negative reviews about this store, WOW!!! I really hope that the Manager see's this and gives it some attention. They can contact me too because I would love to confront these people in front of their Managers.

Avoid this At&t location. We were a victim of identity fraud.The sales person Judith, assisted a customer, somehow linked my account, opened 2 new phone lines, and sold 2 Iphone13XR with the payment plan. The staff said they validated the photo ID, and the customer provided my 4 digit PIN number. How bizarre was it that someone was able to get 2 brand new iphones under my account. The person that showed the photo ID was not the person on my family plan. I came in person to this store so I can resolve this matter. The only help Liem and Frank were able to give me was to call customer service. It was so easy for them to open 2 phone lines, and sell 2 Iphones, but they are unable to remove the lines and reverse the charges on my account.I contacted the fraud department, and I will be reporting this location for investigation.

Came in last week Looking for an upgrade. Instantly greeted by Judith along with manager on duty and trainee (apologies didn't catch his name). Judith knew what she was doing and explained everything I wanted in clarity. She offered me a teacher discount of 25%! I needed to show proof. Long story short, website wasn't liking my proof that I am in fact a teacher. I came today to double check with Judith to ensure I did everything correctly on my end. She made it happen within 5 minutes. Super friendly and brought their A game to this AT&T location. Well worth it! Thank you guys!

I need to clarify that I am not and will not ever give AT&T a positive rating. If I went into the detail of how screwed up everything happened with a transaction I tried to make this week, I would certainly run out of space. They are the absolute worst. My company uses AT&T, so I am forced to for business purposes. Why the 5-star review? Jesse in the Santa Ana location was incredible and somehow managed to do in 15 minutes what I had previously spent HOURS on hold trying to do, I had also spent hours the previous day driving around San Diego at their instruction to be unable to do what needed to be done AFTER they told me to go to the local store to retrieve a device that was supposed to be delivered to an office I was at for 1 day, and I was charged for 24 hour shipping, but of course the device never came. The really comical part was when they told me when I ordered the phone on Wednesday and paid for expedited 24 hour shipping, that the phone would be arriving by end of business on Friday. Fast forward to Friday after hours of failed attempts to activate the device I had to get on the road. I was driving from San Diego to Los Angeles and being on hold attempting to activate my device (Spanish speaking loop even though I do not speak Spanish) for almost an hour, I pulled off the freeway and wandered into Jesse's store and explained to him that this was a work phone and I have a large staff that needs to be able to contact me. With 15 minutes Jesse had my phone working perfectly and ported all of my information and data into the new device. Something the "activation "department couldn't figure out. He was so awesome I even bought a screen protector from him simply so I could buy SOMETHING. He took longer putting the protector onto the phone than he did activating it. His attention to detail was impressive. I left the store thinking to myself, I should hire that guy! As someone who clearly takes great pride in himself, he sticks out like a sore thumb in a company where being the biggest is clearly more important than taking care of your customer.

Worst customer service I've received, period. Please beware, they don't care about service, only sales and they are terrible at explaining details. The employee Brenda is rude and comes off like she is better than everyone. Horrible attitude. When I told her something wasn't explained to me properly she said "Yes it was, I was here. You're just confused." Like excuse me? WOW. If you're her manager and reading this you really should consider coaching her on customer service skills. As soon as I pay off my phones, I am switching carriers ASAP.
