If you want customer service and good advice, all without pressure, stop in at Aroos Flowers on Main St. in Santa Ana.The shop may be a bit worn, but good customer relations never go out of style.

Ran into Aroos for some flowers! Other florists around Santa Ana were closed! Charlies whipped up 2 cute little bouquets! Nice guy and nice service.

I've never been so disappointed in a bouquet I've bought before. Half of the flowers in the vase were nearly dead already, with many of them not even being the same flowers (I'm aware of the replacement policy, but man, these did not live up to what was offered at all). The vase advertised wasn't even in stock, and they gave me a random one that didn't look nearly as nice. I paid $80 for the bouquet, but it feels like robbery: it shouldn't have been more than $40 with what I got. This was supposed to be the PREMIUM version, too! I don't think I'll ever be shopping here again. Not to mention, I still paid an $18.95 delivery fee despite picking up the flowers myself.

My sister was doing her court house marriage around the block. I wanted to buy her a bouquet of flowers but called/stopped by 3 other flower shops before I came to this one. All the others said it was open but were all closed. The guy at the front made the bouquet right on the spot in front of us with the flowers we bought. The only thing we wished was for the bouquet to be a little bigger but it did the job.

Hands down one of the best! I literally called in last minute and Martin was able to accommodate me, and I was able to get flowers to my great aunt for her birthday, as I currently live in out of state. I would recommend 10/10!

Florist was quick with a funeral basket “Heavenly Heights Bouquet”. They delivered it before the 4pm viewing service on the same day it was ordered! Thank to the staff for such a beautiful arrangement!

Let me tell you about my Aroos Flowers 5/18/22 experience. My experience was amazing it started off with a phone call to Martin which he took really good care of me and the best part was that I didn't need to stop by the flowershop, everything was done via text. The delivery was perfect the price was perfect and the customer service was perfect ? ???? .Ps my wife loved the flowers
