Definitely will never come back here I was the only customer and it took over 35min and the service was not great at all. It is overpriced and customer service is bad. I wasn’t told beforehand what oil grade was gonna be put in my car assuming that they knew this information however, after they finished my car, I asked him kindly. What grade did they use and he replied 10-30 I told him my car does not take that it takes 5-20 and he said well you get what you pay for and I told him why didn’t you tell me before you guys did it? I thought you guys knew and he said again you get what you pay for that’s on you!!! I don’t think that’s a way to respond to your customers and I don’t think that is OK. I will definitely never come to this establishment or any of its other affiliates and as a customer, we have the power to take our business elsewhere and make sure our money and business is valued.

Ridiculous establishment. I showed up 1 employee is there with no customers no management on site. The manager shows up five minutes after my appointment time and then refuses my business because he says my oil was too low. I bought a Groupon to go to this place and drove 30 minutes. He was 100% rude and cussed me out to leave when I resisted the point to help get oil in my car, I was 1 thousand miles over my suggested time to get it changed and admit it was low, but absolutely horrible customer care. I went to Valvoline down the street and they have no problem changing my oil this place is a waste of time.

Awesome experience and super fast. Blew a tire yesterday from random street debris and was in and out of Allen Tires this morning in under an hour. Manager working was really friendly and personable. I'm really happy with this experience especially compared to a recent experience I had at a Toyota dealership (5 hours for a pretty routine maintenance service).

I went to change the oil on my truck on a Friday and noticed an oil stain on Saturday in my parking lot and noticed that it was all splashed with oil, the technician who did the work was unprofessional.

Very good customer experience close to the end of closing on a weekday. I had a flat and no spare so I had to get towed to this location, and the staff stayed a little after closing time to replace all four tires. Paid a little bit more than I had wanted to, but that's me being cheap. They were quick and helpful and I would recommend

Very good service. The very kind employee explained to me the problem my car had and gave me repair options. The price was low. I highly recommend it. Remember that the price depends on the type of repair your car needs.
