I recently had the pleasure of visiting Allen Tire Co. in Santa Ana twice—first to purchase new tires and then for an oil change and tire rotation. Both experiences were great. The staff was courteous and worked hard to accommodate my schedule, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Allen Tire Co. for anyone in need of top-notch service.

Allen Tires is a top notch company. My entire family has been going to Allen Tires for years of trustworthy service. Employees are kind and friendly and they take the time to educate you on services you may need. Wait times have always been reasonable. I highly recommend Allen Tires.

Jaime provided great service. They didn't try to nickel and dime you. I've gotten new good quality Kumho tires here, tire patches. Service is quicker and cheaper than other shops I've gone to.

I Had a very good experience with having my steering replaced. They were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. After calling around, I found their estimate to be Very reasonable. Being a woman and older, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. The manager was was respectful and trustworthy, in my eyes. I will go back to them if I have other issues.

Allen tire in Tustin is the best! I had a very bad, stressful situation that was costly. They helped me every step of the way, from the guy working on my truck to the manager. They help me find a costly part used and in good shape, gave me a ride to the bank to get the money for it. They really went out of their way. It took two days, I had to be at work again on Saturday and it was Thursday 12pm and they got it done, and done right. They even made sure I had a ride home and back. They are honest, hard working and reasonably priced. Any other place would be a rip off. They don't just do tires, they do most any job you would need. Check them out, you'll be happy.

I initially brought my car in to get my alignment fixed. After the first test drive, the manager, Jaime, came up to me and said I need to show you something. He took me back to my car and showed me that my rear shocks were bad and my tires were chopped up. I appreciated that he took the time to show me and explain to me what was going on with my car! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The recent negative reviews are not wrong, John and Wyatt were great, the new management is just trying to upsell and rip people off for services they don’t need. If you take your vehicle in for oil be prepared to get a call that your car needs a lot more then oil .
