So listen, I love Nigerian food and was exited to learn there is a Nigerian restaurant in Orange County OMG!! I lived here 6 years and Usually drive to LA country. So here's my honest rating. We purchased egusi and fufu. We also purchased jollof and beef. The price was steep but the food was plenty. More meat would definitely been appreciated, however this food was made for all taste buds to enjoy. My daughter did the happy dance while eating it. It felt like a home away from home.

We were super impressed by the professional service, timely deliver (ahead of schedule) and quality of food. My wife and I were looking to cater for a ceremony and searched for a Nigerian restaurant that could supply the regular food items. They more than met our expectations and we are going to become frequent customers. My mom was also around for the occasion and couldn’t stop raving about the Jollof rice, the well seasoned fish and very tasty chicken. Coming from a seasoned Nigerian cook, that is an Uber complement!!!

I have been looking for a place in Orange County that is open every day for authentic Nigerian food. When I heard about this place recently, I was delighted not to have to drive almost 2 hrs to LA for delicious food. I immediately submitted my order for egusi soup, puff puff, and moi moi. I really wanted to order the whole menu! The food is delicious and brings an authentic taste of Nigerian food to your taste buds. This is the greatest secret for delicious west African food right in the heart of Orange County. Everything is made to order from scratch and I love that this is done. The food is made with love and care and as with all African cuisine, it is not rushed so that it has the wonderful flavors cooked to perfection. I am so glad I discovered this place. You will enjoy the food.

I am from Dallas. One thing that have made California home away from home for me is All African store fresh food. I eat freshly cooked food when I want. Not just fresh but delicious. They prepare and serve you with caution and respect. Just give them a call anytime and they are willing to satisfy you.

This is based on my experience; I found them through Yelp and wanted to try Fufu since it is the closest one to me. I called them at 12:52 p.m. to place orders, and they told me to pick it up at 2 p.m. I lived 40 minutes from the apartment when I got there, precisely 2 p.m. The owner called me because the food was not ready and asked for an additional 30 minutes. I was a bit irritated but was okay to wait. 2:30 pm roll around, the food still not prepared. The owner kept lying that they are walking out with the foods. Finally, I got my food at 2:55 pm. I find it very unprofessional. For the prices, the portion is somewhat small, and there are only three pieces of meat in the soups. Overall, I did not like the egusi soup or the fufu. The okra soup and the jollof rice was pretty good.

This review is based on our experience through DoorDash. The restaurant took 1hr 35 mins to make our food, which is an extremely long time. Our driver took only 20 mins to get it to us but 2 hours for food is ridiculous.Below is my candid feedback on the items we ordered via DoorDash with price and ratings (out of 10);(8) Egusi Soup Chicken Combo with Fufu - 26.99This was really good, eggy, slightly salty and portion was hearty. But the chicken was slightly overcooked. We asked for Cassava fufu and received the sour one instead. Definitely was not a fan of that.(6.5) Jollaf Rice Beef Combo - 26.99The rice is so flavorful, I can't even describe it. It was mouth watering and fragrant. You can tell there's a lot of seasonings in it. Now my issue is that the rice was slightly undercooked. I felt my teeth crunch on the grains. Another issue I had with this dish is that the entire container had rice to feed like 6 people but had only 3 small pieces of beef that was extremely lean and tough. What's up with that?(4) Side of Ofada Stew with 2 Eggs - 12.99The stew tasted kind of like a warm roasted pepper salsa, earthy and had a lot of depth in flavor. Unfortunately it was too oily and not worth the price. This was not like a dish someone could be full on. It was more like eggs and dip. These dishes have so much potential but with how many things that need to be improved, I don't know if I'd eat here again.

Give 24 hrs advance notice and whatever Nigerian food you are craving she will make. They all taste authentic and delicious. She made finger licking good banga soup, and yam porridge, shawarma and puff puff for me. They were all at affordable prices. Give her a call today, you would thank me later. Whenever I 'm in the area, I'll always patronize her again and again. ??

The Egusi and Ogbono soup was on point, my 4 year old loved the Ogbono soup. Rice and plantain/chicken was great as well. All African food gave us extra pof pof which my kids enjoyed. Will be coming back when we are back in LA. Thanks for the food!!?.

This is an apartment and a scam. The food was extremely bad. I tried to support her business, but I was shocked that I pulled up to an apartment building. Don't do it

I was very excited to try this place and ordered the beef egusi and the Jollof rice with chicken. I am all about supporting small businesses, and I'm a big foodie, so I decided to order from here. As far as the food, it was just okay. The Jollof rice was flavorful but undercooked. I also ordered 2 pieces of chicken, which looked more like 1.5 pieces. But, as far as flavor, it was pretty tasty. The beef egusi was okay, but the beef was tough, and I only received 2 pieces of beef in the container. The third piece was unedible as it was pure fat. For the price I paid for the food, I was hoping for a more enjoyable experience as well as portion.
