I bought a dress to wear to my Dad’s funeral. In my middle headed state I thought it was black but was actually navy so I needed a pair of shoes, but really wasn’t feeling it. When I walked in I told the Sales Associate, Lea about the situation and the kind of heel I needed since I would be wearing them all day and at a cemetery as well as church and at home. I didn’t want the heel to stick in the grass or the new shoes to hurt my feet.
Lea was PHENOMENAL!! She showed me several options then brought 2 sizes of the 3 I liked best. She helped me with accessorizing ideas to dress the outfit up or down and inserts to make them more comfortable for the long, hot Texas day.
I ended up buying 2 of the 3 pairs and know I will get so much use out of them both. She made me laugh and feel like myself again. I’ll go back again but I call to make sure Lea will be there first.

This place is great! They always have a good selection of shoes. The customer service is on point. Lea helped me today. She was really nice and helpful. I ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes. It’s my go-to place for shoes and the customer service Lea provided today is the reason why.

Bad customer service I didn’t recommend, any one about this place and they make you bay shoes, not for your size.they say they will fix it and didn’t do exchange

Came in here for some shoes to match my outfit and was helped out by Kim. She was very sweet and made suggestions on which shoes would be best. Best saleswoman ever !

Great selection of fashion shoes for women and men..i buy most of my men's fashion boots here at Aldo..ive been buying mens footwear here for 12 years..always great selection and always find my size,14!..the most comfortable..service is A++++++
