I know this place offers great prices on machinery, but their service is terrible. I took my walk-behind edger in for repairs and was told by Bryan it would be ready by Monday. I came in on Tuesday, and during all that time, I never got a call or email about any delays. When I arrived, they claimed they had only promised an estimate, even though I was clearly told it would be fixed by Monday. Now they’re denying what they said. If you're getting repairs here, make sure to get everything in writing or recorded because their follow-through is awful.
I ended up taking it to Lee's Lawnmowers, and it turns out they had the part right there. They replaced the belt and part in 10 minutes, and the total was $106, compared to Allen's $230+ quote with a huge delay. Sometimes these situations reveal where true service really is.

This is a bait-and-switch type of business. I purchased a new Echo Trimer online when I tried to pick it up they tried to sell me something else, claiming they didn't have the item.

Wouldn’t recommend buying anything online. They lack communication, they never reply to emails and they never communicate with the customer if they don’t have it in stock since the online site is not even updated. I had to contact multiple times why my $400 order wasn’t shipped. Then after resolving issues they still didn’t ship anything out so I just cancelled the order, after almost two weeks. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY
