I can't say enough about Ed and Ace. He truly "aced" it. I had a last minute change from a customer and needed quite a bit of material ASAP. I called Ed at 7am and explained the position that I was in and, in his calm demeanor assured me that he would be able to take care of me and my company. It was a full blown fire drill at my office and we were trying to figure out a way to deliver to our customers. Meanwhile Ed was delivering to his. I needed the product by Monday and to my absolute surprise the Ace delivery driver walked into my office around 2 with a packing slip and every single piece of material that I needed. This was my first experience with Ace and they have truly earned my business for life. I will go nowhere else for my stainless business and you shouldn't either.

If you get your stainless from anywhere but Ace, you are doing it wrong. I called Ace in need of material for my business and had the pleasure of speaking to Ed. He took the time to walk me step by step through his site so that I could prepare a quote for my customer. What a patient and friendly guy. And then my customer changed the install date on me and I had to deliver a fully fabricated sanitary stainless assembly. I needed product and was in a complete bind. I needed product by Monday and called Ed in a total panic. He calmly told me that he would make it happen. I didn't think that he would have all the tubing a fittings that I required and the lead time that I was giving him was less than a day. Ed got to work on it immediately and reassured me that he would be able to deliver...and deliver he did! I had my product the same day! And we are not talking about a flange and an elbow, I needed about 30 pieces of all different types. Ed had it all and was cheaper than his closest competition. Ace Stainless has my business for as long as I will be purchasing Stainless, I will not go anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

Was searching for a v band clamp for my dodge turbo because the OEM one failed. Dealer or parts store are either on back order or 7 days out. Did a search online and found Ace race parts. Came down to the warehouse and they helped me match up my broken clamp with new ones. Thanks for all your help Rich!
