HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, seriously this place is horror. If my review does anything for you, please I beg of you DO NOT come here. All of them are terrible at their job and not only that but they are SO rude. The lady cut my hands 3 times!!!! She even had the audacity to blame it on me after making me bleed. I took my baby and at times when she would cry this lady went, “Oh my” and rolled her eyes so many times as well as throwing my hand when she finished painting them. I had to go to CVS and buy numbing cream. Go anywhere but just not here.

Horrible, wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Walked in bad service, lady was rude when communicating. Unhygienic, used the same equipment on 2 people without sanitizing it. We saw and just left.

The owner was nice offered $15 for gel polish on natural nails. The lady that did my nails however didnt even clean them or nothing no manicure just put the polish and thats it. The polish is also very patchy i couldve done this myself at home and it would have been betterServices: Pedicure

I went in with hair up to my waist, i asked for a inch off and she cut off at least 5. she kept telling me she will keep it long and she will only cut a little off but she kept cutting more and more and eventually chopped it off to my middle back. i have never been more upset, she cut a years worth of growth in 10 minutes. really disappointed with this place please do not make the mistake and come here!!

I absolutely loved this place, Me and my friend got out of school and we REALLY wanted to get our nails done so we found the nearest nail salon and decide to go inside. We went inside and the people there were so nice that even made jokes! We decided we wanted to get matching nails so they attended us SUPER nicely! After when we were done me and my friend were obsessed with our nails that when they were falling off we would put nail glue on them ?. We had a great time and I will be sure I come here again!

I feel bad for the owner because her husband cheated on her. But honestly this was the worst acrylic nails I’ve ever gotten. I never complained but I knew they were gonna be bad as soon as the old man took over. Even when the owner painted my nails they were done horribly. I’m sorry but this place should not be doing nails at all!Services: Acrylic nails

Honestly I didn't have the energy to even complaint in person but I will online , got my nails done on Sunday for my birthday and honesty I should of have just not gotten them done , not to be rude but they are ugly both nails and toes and supposably professional nails but they aren't .. got short coffin simple and French toes w acrylic on my toes and rest simple and to end up paying 70$ which was not even worth the price tbh.. super disappointed..

Don’t go here!!!!1) There was a huge language barrier when communicating with the employees.2) When I came in I requested an acrylic set. A lady took me in and started cleaning and cutting my nails. And mentioned I wanted acrylic at least 3 times. Then when the lady realized I wanted acrylic she got mad and charged me for HER mistake. Some man took over but did a horrible job. He didn’t even paint the whole nail and they were bumpy. Gems were added to my nails but most fell off by the end of the first day. I didn’t realize how bad of a job they did until I got to my car because the lighting is so dim in there. But I was running late and had no time to complain. I even left a tip!3) I also got a pedicure with white gel. The polish was running out and the lady just put some liquid inside the polish to make more polish, but the white was very light.4) This place is very unsanitary. Everything is so dirty.Take your money and go somewhere else!

Well the only reason why I go there is bcus of lily she does an amazing job with my eyebrows but other than that the rest need to go back to school and learn how to do pedicures besides that I find it very unprofessional for the owner or whoever runs 9 art to be putting there ex coworkers business or what they did wrong on the wall that's none of her business what people do out of work it's so disgusting for who ever did those post for everyone to see and also written in Spanish very disgusting for the owner to allow those post to be up on the salons wall I'm sure if it was he/her they wouldn't like that Disgusting disgusting disgusting! Mind ur fucken business

5 stars ONLY for a worker named LYN she is my go to girl for lashes nails pedicure and acrylics and eyebrows! the place itself is worn down needs to remodeled and new equipment (like newer styles that are in style now) like dip powder or gel x etc. over all I come here and just ask for LYN SHE IS AMAZING YOU WONT REGRET COMING HERE IF YOU GO TO HER!

I did my acrylic nails with gel her and asked for the same color on both of my feet and hands they used two completely different colors and one of the women shaped my nails into square when I asked for coffin and also hurt my skin next to the nail and have a deep burn cut I paid 70 and couldn't get a refund I would no recommend here they don't wear gloves or masks and they aren't clean

My nails look crooked and were done terribly. The salon is gross and dirty. They made me wait at the back station covered in guck and food. The woman doing my nails would get up to tend to other customers and halfway through she walked me to the discount shop next door to get cash. Which is annoying because upfront it said I can use card and I was charged a service fee on top of telling me two different prices. My nails are gross and I will never go back. Save yourself some stress and don't go here.
